I was immediately greeted and felt welcomed from moment I walked in the door. I was greeted by Mark who greeted me by name and offered 3 choices of water. I chose the strawberry mint water which tasted amazing. It was a cozy and welcoming environment and was very calming while I waited for my massage therapist to come get me. I was even given an Aventurine crystal on the way out which I appreciated. Will definitely be back again. Missy was amazing!! Very friendly and personable. I went for a prenatal massage (32 weeks) which was much needed. We discussed where I felt the most discomfort/pressure so she knew which points to focus on. I asked for the massage bed to be heated at medium temperature, which it was and pillows were provided for comfort of my baby bump and thighs. Missy provided the perfect amount of pressure and made me feel comfortable in the space. I was so relaxed I fell asleep. I would highly recommend a prenatal massage to any mother to be.

Wonderful massages in a laid back and comfortable environment! Prenatal massage was much appreciated during a time when I have lots of aches. Megan does a fantastic job, and Marc took the extra time to really understand and work on my sore spots. I highly recommend!

MORGAN W is AMAZING! She listens to your concerns and really uses her expertise in making sure you leave feeling genuine resolve! Her technical skills are top tier and she is always professional! Morgan is also a down to earth person who continues education. I see how well she understands the body and can create custom plans for each guest! I can’t wait to go back and I’m so glad I found the best Massage Therapist! The business Namaste Studios has a relaxed zen atmosphere, a really sweet front desk assistant who was so kind when I was making my appointment and more wonderful practitioners! I won’t spoil all the secrets this place to offer go and check it out for yourself!!!

Awesome experience! Place felt very calming and relaxing. The owner was very considerate and very friendly. I had Emma who was really awesome. I had a lot of tension in my upper back area and neck and she put a lot of work into it. I’ll need to come back for more sessions but I feel relieved after my session! Definitely need to come back!!

Wowwwww. I recently injured my back due to tight muscles. I had bought my wife a Mother’s Day massage last year at Namaste and she had Jim. Which we said it was one of the best massages ever. I was able to book Emma and it was the best I have ever had. Not only did she take care of my problem area she was able to easily diagnose multiple other spots and work them out. I had a 60 min but wish I would’ve done the 90min because of how bad I was. Emma has those healing hands everyone can appreciate. Plus she was super friendly and professional. I will not be going anywhere else for a massage or therapy as long as I live in the area. Thanks

Missy is Amazing, this is my second massage with her and I can confidently say I will continue to see here on a monthly basis. To start, she really got to know my problem areas during our first session, I generally get massages monthly and it had been 6 months or more since my last so there was a lot of work to be done. She addressed my issues the first time and then again on the second time we went over everything. I truly appreciate he remembering the details of our first visit as I’m 100% sure she has many clients to keep in line. I will also say that the studio is very clean and welcoming, the mint strawberry water that they offer is the cherry on top, so happy to have found namaste and Missy!

My wife recently got a massage there for a birthday present and she can’t stop praising Erica. She was thoroughly satisfied with the massage and hot stone’s. She said the atmosphere was great and the people were very friendly. Her masseuse was running behind and the lady behind the desk was constantly apologizing for the delay. Erica impressed her with attention to what would be comfortable for her. She is already talking about doing a couple’s massage. Thank you so much for making her birthday a special one.
