I called to book an appointment, receptionist answered the phone without saying the name of the business..?? I asked if this was the right business, she said yes. she said I could come at 7. I asked her to repeat the address to me and she said she would text it. An hour goes by and she never texted, so I texted the number. Sent me the address then. Arrived promptly and there was no receptionist. Door was unlocked so my partner and I let ourselves in. Sitting now 30 min, tried calling and texting the initial number, no response. That is the same number on the business card presented, but there’s a different number on the sign outside. Tried both numbers with no luck. Disappointed I didn’t receive my service. Cant say anything about quality of employees.

I am surprised this place does not have many reviews!! I recently visited Valmont wellness and it was an outstanding experience. The atmosphere was calming and inviting, with soft music and soothing scents that immediately put me at ease. Lily was incredibly professional and attentive, ensuring I was comfortable throughout my visit. She skillfully worked out tension in my shoulders and back, leaving me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The attention to detail, the warm towels added a lovely touch. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality massage in a serene environment. I can't wait to return!

Had a 60 minutes couple massage. I called to confirm if they do prenatal massage and the lady said yes. While paying at the reception (They ask you to pay upfront), I reconfirmed if they do prenatal massage and the lady said yes. In room, she asked me to lie on the front and I told her I cannot and then she said she cannot do prenatal massage. Her other friend told her how to do prenatal massage, so in the end I got some massage done. Throughout the session she and her friend were talking so loudly and she was going back and forth at the reception. At the end of the horrible massage and session, I tipped them 10 dollars each and she shamelessly asked for atleast 20 dollars tip per person. I won't go to this place again, there are better places than this. Please save your money!

We had a 90 minute couples massage. I had deep tissue and my lady had Swedish. Both with hot stones. The facility was clean and staff was professional. We both loved the massages and will definitely return.
