Enjoyed my massage service with Monica. She helped loosen up the tension areas and the pressure applied was just right. Would highly recommend her.

My massage experience was good, but it only lasted 45 minutes, as the first 15 minutes were counted towards the consultation which is not fair because I paid full price for 60 minutes and only received a 45-minute massage. The consultation should not be counted towards the timing of the massage. The receptionist could have given me a slight discount for the inconvenience, but didn’t.

Martin is the best masseuse at this location! He’s always so kind, professional and friendly. Great to talk to and always knows exactly what to do to help ease my chronic pain.

My first time trying Massage Envy and Katrina had one appointment available so I took it hoping for the best, when I tell you that was the best massage I ever had!!!!! She really took the time to focus on where I was having major back and shoulder pain. I literally signed up for the membership that day which is totally worth it I must say (financially). I just hate that Katrina is always booked lol but I will schedule in advance! I def recommend!! (Location was Champlain in Fresno)

Catrina is amazing… She knows exactly where to find my knots and works them out! She makes my body feel so relaxed and rejuvenated.🤩

I had a great experience with Sarah for a facial. But unfortunately, front desk / company is all about numbers, which lacks decent customer service. I called to cancel due to a life event (had a baby and didn’t have as much available time). The person on the phone said no problem and that I had one last session to use. As I attempt to schedule my last session, Danielle from front desk tells me I needed to pay another month and come in to cancel. I kept telling her that I spoke with someone else before and I was never told this before. But she refused to help or hear me out. I would highly avoid massage envy, especially this location. Very disappointing.

Zoe was understanding of my concerns and gave me professional feedback and guidance on how to resolve my skin issues. I have seen a significant shift in my skins health and recovery after my recent acne treatment facial. I believe it was her mask application strategy that assisted the recovery process. She was gentle on my skin with product use as well as with her extraction method. I will be returning for continued maintenance and appreciate her help!
