Muses Day Spa

My mom and I came here for massages today and were absolutely blown away with how amazing our experience was. Everything from the kindness and hospitality to the treats, complimentary mimosas, relaxation room and our massages was phenomenal. We felt like royalty. My mom had a 90-min Swedish and I had a 90-min Swedish with cupping. My massage therapist, Tinesha, poured her heart and soul into it and truly made it the most relaxing, healing experience for me. My mom’s therapist, Francine, also made a great impression. We highly recommend them both! This was much needed, and we will definitely be back after having such a wonderful experience!

Honestly, this was my first time coming to this spa, and overall it was an amazing experience. I recently had a bad experience with a chop shop store, and coming to this spa, I was treated like royalty. The staff were incredibly friendly, the no Jazmin was so helpful with my needs, and super sweet. I even had the chance to buy a couple of spa items, which are amazing quality btw. The prices are reasonable, and the staff will do their best to accommodate others, even if you have an infected toe caused from another place. Overall, this place is amazing, the atmosphere is relaxing, and everyone is so kind. Also, I love the different variety of hydro jugs they have.

I have been going to Muses for several years. I am so happy that I have found my perfect masseuse. I love deep tissue massage and have found Karina to be the best fit for me. I get half hour massages when I need them for my right shoulder. She knows where the bound muscles are for sure. It is easy to book an appointment online, the staff is always nice and helpful. When you arrive you are checked in immediately and offered a robe, slippers and choice of one beverage. I always take the champagne! Then you wait for your masseuse to come and get you for your wonderful massage. It always smells so good in the massage room ! Thank you Karina for always giving a consistent great massage !

TL;DR: My massage therapist was changed without notice to a male therapist I did not book or feel comfortable with. Staff falsely claimed they contacted me, offered no real solution, and the manager was rude and dismissive. I won’t be returning. I booked a massage at Muses Day Spa and selected my massage therapist weeks in advance, confirming my appointment via text a few days beforehand. Upon arrival, I was unexpectedly taken to a different, male massage therapist, which was not who I booked and not something I’m comfortable with. At reception, I was told they had called and left a voicemail about the change--this was not true. I never received any call or voicemail. The only options offered were to proceed with the massage or reschedule, despite the fact that I had already arranged childcare and time off. When I spoke with the manager, she was rude and dismissive and implied that I was being dishonest. She stated that normally I would have been charged a cancellation fee, but that she was choosing not to do so. Her apology felt insincere. Management showed no integrity, kindness, or respect, and failed to treat patrons with basic dignity. I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this place. If you do choose to visit, proceed with caution—keep all receipts and confirm your appointment repeatedly.

It was my first time experiencing Muses Day Spa today! I got a 90 minute Swedish Massage by Jeana. I loved every minute from when I walked in to when I left. Staff was so friendly and the facility was very clean. The ambiance was very relaxing and calm. I just had a baby 4 weeks ago and really needed a full body massage. JEANA DID NOT DISAPPOINT! She was phenomenal. After my massage I booked a facial for next month! Muses is like a 5 Star Resort Spa but in your backyard! 😍 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!!

Don’t get anyone a gift card for here. They did not honor my gift card because they said there was a change in ownership of business. Never heard of a local business not honoring gift card for this reason. Unfortunately did not know about this until after I received my services. Service was okay. More about ambiance rather than actual facial

I am being generous proving one start to this place. I scheduled an appt for massage and they "left a vm" to cancel my appt one hour before my appointment. I did not hear any vm message and was after the receipcionist told me she could not find me, and someone else helped her they told me about the vm because the staft reported sick and there was no available personnel. I scheduled the appt in advance and had time off from my job. Then, I saw that the person's name with I have the appt, left a great review here...
