Spa Haven in Frisco delivered an incredible experience. The massage was amazing thorough, relaxing, and left me feeling a million times better. Every bit of tension I walked in with was gone by the time I left. The sauna was the perfect addition to the visit, making the whole experience even more rejuvenating. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the staff made everything smooth from start to finish. This is the kind of place you want to return to regularly. Highly recommend if you want true relaxation and quality care. Rating: 5 out of 5.

The massage was mediocre. I paid for 1hr but only got 45 min even thoi should up early to fill out the paper work that i felt rushed on just to be shortd my time. I also had gotten a body cleans scrub. Which was amazing i guess. I was trying this place out in hope of having a forever home for my massages but... I want my whole body massaged. I feel like these ppl are scared to touch my thigh, glutes and feet. I had to keep asking the messeuse to put more pressure. I dont feel like I should have to tell them to work out a knot, i mean it is their job. I walked out with the same knot I walked in with very disappointing. When i say my whole body needs a massage i mean every inch. I work out alot so i was needing my body to be reseted. I now find myself having to go spend another $100 else where. Which is very frustrating. I have no plans on returning unless i try thier facials but idk if my whole fsce would be touched or not so that rules that out. I wish i had a better experience!!

Came here for the first time because I found a Groupon massage deal. I’m so thankful I tried Spa Haven out. The massage by Sherry was amazing, she used a strong pressure that helped resolve a lot of tension in my back. The entire experience was incredibly relaxing and I walked out feeling like a million bucks. Highly recommend!!

Front desk staff was super friendly and informative. I did the 3 hour Groupon deal of 1 hour sauna, 1 hour body treatment, and 1 hour facial. Thais did an amazing job!! The dry brushing and the oils were very relaxing and the facial was heaven! Will definitely go back.

I just had the best massage from Marci. She asked a couple of times if the pressure was OK. I told her in advance that I like it medium to soft. I didn’t really care for deep tissue. I’m sure she could provide that but she provided the best massage. I left very refreshed and relaxed.

I was in town for a wedding and was gifted a 1 hour massage. Sherry was fantastic and provided the perfect amount for pressure. I tend to prefer a firmer pressure for my massages and Sherry delivered! The office admin was very kind as well, making my experience a great one from start to finish!

My husband got a couples massage but since I'm pregnant they said we need to reschedule. The catch is they want us to pay again! They will not give a refund nor reschedule the services which were not honored.
