Relax Salt Rooms

I had a great time here. My daughter bought me a session as a gift. This was my first time doing salt therapy and I enjoyed it. Relaxing atmosphere, they have lockers with keyed padlocks for you to put your shoes, electronics and such away during the session. I enjoyed that because I would’ve been tempted to take a ton of pictures while in the salt room. They also serve tea that you can bring into the room with you which is a surprisingly good combination of salty air and honey sweetened tea. They do a quick info session before and after for first timers. Great experience.

This was our first time. I booked for my husband and I. We were only expecting to sit in the salt room for the time we signed up for. We were surprised with complimentary hot tea, water, neck warmers, blankets and feet warming salt lamps after the session. What a treat! My husband slept for the entire time and it was such a relaxing experience. The salt room is amazing and the little shop out front was adorable.

First time at Relax was terrific. Was with a group so we fully occupied the salt room and it was quiet and so restful. The 45 minutes went quickly and I felt I could easily stay longer! Will return - highly recommend. Clean, nice proprietor, nice items in their gift shop.

Megan is awesome. It was a present for my mother and we both loved it. I was breathing better after just a 15 minutes and it only got better. Looking forward to going back many times. My mom has asthma and she felt great. If you have asthma, definitely give it a try.

Truly a relaxing and calming experience. The salt room has the air of travelling to another planet combined with meditation. Megan is a warm, kind, and overall pleasantly delightful person to have met. I will recommend and return!

I had never heard of a salt room before my wife mentioned it. It was different than what I expected. We had a great time. The owner was great, he gave us a tour and was very accommodating. My daughter was starting to get a cold and this cleared up her runny nose and helped her cough tremendously. I will definitely go back when we are in town.

I absolutely love this place!!! It’s become part of my self-care routine, and it’s such a treat to bring my friends with me. Megan really creates a space where we can relax and unwind, and we always feel taken care of! The warm neck pillow, blanket, and tea add to the coziness of the space, and I always feel the benefits of halotherapy each time. Highly recommend!!
