My friend and I both bought the Emerald (top)package and were so pleased with our experience! It was easy to book online and we loved all that was included in the 90 minute treatment including a foot massage! We arrived and were started right on time. We both felt our tech’s were very kind, professional and we never had a problem with a language barrier. The massage pressure was perfect and water temp was spot on. We had a very relaxing experience. My hair felt so good afterwards. In comparison to local head spa’s I found the price to be great and felt we had found a hidden gem. They appreciate cash but did accept Zelle and a cash tip. Ladies, this is the place to come and we can’t wait to come back again!

Go here if you are wanting a relaxing massage and thorough hair washing. I went with two of my friends and we all chose the 90 minute service. Hair washing, massage, and foot massage. It was so relaxing I fell asleep. The women are so sweet and they take great care of you. I highly recommend if you’re looking for something fun to do with friends!

The decor is beautiful and the atmosphere is very peaceful. I chose the Angel’s Diamond package, and it was pure bliss. The foot massage is the perfect way to start, and the steam eye mask is incredibly relaxing. I feel refreshed and rejuvenated. I can’t wait to return!

This was my first time here. Got recommended by a friend and this did not disappoint! Got the Emerald package, and it was so relaxing. My technician was Julie, and she was so kind and had such a gentle spirit. I've been going through it lately, and this was exactly what I needed. I can't wait to come back and see Julie again. Booking is super easy with an online calendar that you can select your time, date, package, and preferred technician (there's an option for no preference, which as a first timer, that's what I selected and got paired up with Julie 💕) I hope this business thrives! It's great and super close to my house.

I personally had a mixed experience at this head spa. My treatment service wasn't as relaxing as I'd hoped. My technician was very friendly and kind, but language barriers didn't make for a relaxing nor comfortable experience. When water accidentally entered my eyes, nose, and ears during the shampoo, my discomfort via bodily cues wasn't really noticed. I wasn't provided any eye protection during the LED facial roller, and a bright red laser light shone into my eyes. The water-only facial massage without any product or exfoliation was also unexpected. The head and scalp massage were adequate, but not great. Neck and scalp massage pressure was very light, but the facial/neck effleurage was comfortable and enjoyable. The ambiance was hardly relaxing: the front door was swung wide open letting in a cold draft, and the same song kept abruptly looping on repeat every 45 seconds 😫. My hair did feel silky soft and smelled really good afterward. When checking out, I felt pressured to pay for my service with Zelle and tip in cash, which was uncomfortable. I'm also a little concerned and suspicious about potentially inauthentic online reviews, but perhaps others can judge for themselves what they think. I do love that this spa is local to my neighborhood, but I think it has a lot of room for improvement and hope the business owners take my feedback.

* The good *They were relatively friendly and accommodating they let me get 1hr treatment when I got there at 6:40 and they close at 8pm! The staff seems lovely however there will be a slight language barrier if you go and I assume it probably depends upon who is working ( not a problem to me). *The bad* the treatment itself wasn’t anything special it wasn’t very relaxing. I was also disappointed to see the shampoo and conditioner was Panteen and I have no idea what they put on my face but based on how dehydrated my skin felt afterwards I’m assuming not anything great. The various tools they used weren’t used properly and at one point I had a bright light shining straight in my eyes that was super bright even with my eyes closed. If you have any sort of texture in your hair you will leave a giant puff ball. *The ugly * while the place looked clean a few of the stations were dirty and brushes had hair in them. When I went to the bathroom their was a big roach and upon leaving another one was running around the main area. Overall while the price was reasonable but what you get makes it not worth the money for me personally there are other head spas in the area that cost less and sadly were better Luckily these are things that can be changed and might vary depending on who does the service maybe in the future they will do better

I’ve been a regular customer at this spa for a long time and have never been disappointed. Each visit is a wonderful experience. I especially love the Water Halo Treatment; my hair is always shiny and healthy after getting it done. The staff here are very friendly and professional, always providing enthusiastic advice. This spa truly is my relaxation paradise!
