beem® Light Sauna - Gilbert

Beem was so amazing! Full relaxation and rejuvenation. Haylee was so helpful in mindfully explaining the benefits of each experience. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to treat themselves or a loved one to a self care day. It was so clean and pretty in here too 💖

This was my first time EVER trying any kind of red light therapy, and it won’t be my last. What an incredible feeling!! I absolutely loved visiting Beem Light Sauna. The facility is so clean, beautiful, and peaceful. It truly feels like a little getaway for your body and mind, and it was exactly what I needed at the end of the week. Doirean was SO helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the benefits of each service and making sure I felt comfortable during my visit. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people feel their best. I also had the chance to meet Angelo, the owner, and he is so passionate about what he does. You can really see how much he believes in the power of these therapies to help people, whether it’s for skin health, weight loss, detox, or just overall wellness. I HIGHLY recommend checking them out. They have lots of great packages available to fit whatever you’re looking for.

I just started going but my 1st appointment was a hit. Love the infrared sauna!!

I love the red light therapy. This facility is very clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They offer packages to accommodate different budgets.

My husband and I visited after seeing them on Insta. They had a great first time special and a sauna for two. We did 15 minutes of red light, followed by 45 minutes of sauna. Absolutely lovely from start to finish. Customer service is out of this world. They personalize everything and make it feel special! Everyone is so nice! The location is right by Starbucks, which makes for a perfect date day activity.

I always feel great when I leave. My wife and I do the red light, then use the social sauna. Great time to relax, talk, and sweat it out!

I just started my red light therapy journey to help with inflammation and pain, and just feeling better overall. It’s a beautiful facility, incredibly clean and efficient. Lauren assisted me with discussing the different options and was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend this facility, if you are interested in starting your wellness journey, and highly recommend working with Lauren to identify the best path forward!!!
