Pure Sweat Spa

This was such a great, clean place and experience. You’re welcomed with the most friendly customer service. This was my first time doing a sauna and cold plunge. I would definitely come back!

I had an amazing experience for my first time here at pure sweat. Dale was very helpful and encouraging. I left feeling amazing after using the infrared sauna and doing a cold plunge. I plan on going back this week!!!

I’ve loved being a VIP member here so far! The sauna has really helped heal my acne scarring and the cold plunge is totally invigorating. The staff is so kind and helpful and the facility is clean and well appointed

This sweat spa is a breath of fresh air! Loved how I felt after the sauna and then the cold plunge got me ready to take on the day! Maddie & Dale are so kind and knowledgeable! Highly recommend checking them out!!

The whole team at pure sweat was super friendly and knowledgeable. It was more than just go here and do that. They explain what’s happening and the health benefits. It truly was a great experience. We will be coming back.

Wonderful experience. I enjoyed my 30 minute sauna session. Dale was absolutely amazing & very informative. Thank you Dale. Will be back again.

I love this place. I felt so much happier and healthier after my first visit. Dale is the sweetest person on the planet as well. He really makes the experience just amazing. Great place to go if you're a woman as well. Very safe environment! Smoothie place next door if you want something healthy after you sweat and cold plunge
