Apsara Spa

Fortunately, I was able to book a facial for today. I was my first experience here and it was exactly what I needed and I didn’t even realize how much. From the warm welcome to the literal warm infrared bed, I felt like my worries melted away. Beyond grateful! Femé is a natural and a gifted healer and I will continue to visit her. I felt like I was floating on a cloud, as well as, deeply rooted. Thank you doesn’t even touch how grateful I truly am.

Three of us, Grandma, daughter and granddaughter had a delightful afternoon at Apsara. Two of us enjoyed the most relaxing facials. The birthday girl was pampered with a Red Island special body treatment. Highly recommend this peaceful spa and kind, capable and lovely staff for anyone needing to unwind.

I surprised my wife and her 2 best friends with an essential package for each of them. Spoke to the owner several times and they were very accommodating and polite. My wife and her friends loved their treatments and highly recommend Apsara and will attend again.

My bf and I got a 90 minute red island ritual. My only complaint is that the spa was difficult to find because it is inside a building and we had to wander all around the area and through the building to find it. Once we arrived though, they were ready and waiting for us. Everything went very smoothly and both of our ladies were great. We were able to relax and I think we both fell asleep for a minute! Oops! It was nice to have a couple of extra towels available at the end to wipe off any excess, but there wasn't a lot. If you like deep tissue massages, this might leave you wanting more, but it is nice that everything is gone over twice.

Crystal has SPOILED me and my feet....I can't stand to have anyone else touch them. The care and detail she gives is AMAZING....I always find myself rubbing my feet surprised by just how soft they are for DAYS after every visit. The staff is great, super friendly environment. Very peaceful.

Pros: The body wrap was extremely relaxing. The place was very cute. Morgan and Samantha were great. Cons: The trip lacked some things that I would have expected a place with these prices and all day options to have, such as a waiting room for guests between services, not just the front waiting area, some snacks, such as maybe at least fruit and chips and flavored drinks while between services, a waiting robe and slippers while between services. Also, the "body" wrap was not what was expected, while very great i would have expected to be FULLY wrapped, like further up my thighs and my midsection, not just my arms and legs to above the knee. finally the mani/pedi were lacking in comfort, chat (Crystal), and ambiances. for example, I would have expected the chairs to be comfier, possibly massage chairs, would have expected some snacks, a jet powered foot bath etc, these are things that are at normal nail salons so I would have expected a full spa to have at least them if not better accommodations. And finally the lady that did my hands and feet (Crystal) could have been confused for someone on their way to giving up speech for how little they spoke.

Hands down, the best and highest quality spa in West Michigan. Everything is clean from the treatments to the products they use. And you won't find any of that plastic-covered massage chair pedicure station nonsense here. The entire experience from start to finish will make you feel luxe.
