The Spa at Grandover, Greensboro

My first experience in this spa was absolutely amazing. The Message theropist was top notch. The past 2 time I have been since it has gotten worse each time. Both of the last times I have been I was told they "didn’t have robes due to an unexpected issue" I saw the clean robes behind the counter. The second time I went the hot tub and pool was closed. I know things happen but it seems that it keeps getting worse. Not sure if I will return.

Can honestly say that I had the best massage of my life. Andrea was absolutely amazing. My husband had an equally excellent massage with Maggie.

Lovely spa day!!! Vegan option was not hard but could be better. I had a beautiful salad and asked them to just give me all the veggies they had available in place of the meat. I wound up with some awesome artichokes!!! My pedicure was lovely and I truly had an amazing service. I will return again and bring some friends.

A perfect 40th birthday weekend away with friend at the Grandover Spa. Had the most amazing massage and facial here. The pool is gorgeous and it was a relaxing afternoon ! Would visit again!

I came here for a girls weekend recently. The spa service was wonderful, and we had access to the other spa amenities for the whole day which was really great. They get 4 stars instead of 5 because the pool and hot tub could use some love and the spa locker room really needs a private changing area.

I just experienced the best facial of my life! Book with Savannah! She was the sweetest and kindest woman. She put my worries at ease and focused on my red puffy skin with cooling towels and really catered to what my skin needed! Also, they have robes in MANY sizes, which I needed! I will be back!

I scheduled a couples massage for my wife and I. When we arrived, we found out pregnant women can not receive massages due to risk and liability issues unless your further then 14 weeks pregnant. I totally understand that. What I don’t understand is why no where online is that stated. This spa offers a prenatal massage but any women who receives this service must be at least 14 weeks pregnant. That is stated on their website… but only for that specific massage package. No where else, on any other package/massage type description does it say pregnant women under 14 weeks can’t receive their services. When we found out that my wife was not gonna be able to receive any services at all, while we were standing at the check in desk, I informed them I would like to cancel our appointment. I was told that my wife would receive a refund but that I would not because I still have the option to go while my pregnant wife sits and waits for me to be done. I understand not giving refunds to people who cancel last minute. But in this situation I canceled our COUPLES massage due to the fact we would not be able to have a massage as a COUPLE and only part of the couple was given a refund. I suggested to the lady at the front desk that the website should be more clear and state that any pregnant women under 14 weeks pregnant can’t receive ANY services. I was told that the website has been messing up and that information is normally on there. That is not my problem and myself as the consumer should not be responsible for that. We were then directed to the sauna room and were told we could have access to that when saunas are far more dangerous than a massage. The rest of the resort was amazing and the people were very kind and attending to all of our needs. Unfortunately the spa did not match any of the standards that everyone else seems to be upholding. We will not be using this spa in the future and definitely DO NOT recommend to anyone wanting a massage or spa service.
