Alisia is a great choice for a deep tissue massage. She asked what areas I needed to work on and avoid. She made sure to thoroughly hit those spots we discussed and made me feel comfortable. She offered adjustments as we continued throughout the massage. Very clean and comfy experience! Every was super kind and the whole time I was relaxed

the staff was super sweet ,however one of the girls messed up not putting me down for my massage appt so when i went to confirm they said we are all booked friday, saturday & sunday , I said, put me on the waitlist so fortunately it turned out. There was a cancellation today and I went for a massage. It was overall pretty good. I would say about a 7. The pressure was good. The technique of the massage was different than I’m used to and the facial was just OK. My face felt great but it was a lot of massaging my face and putting different creams on. It is basically what I got for $139 value some steam and some masks and I got a five minute rub on each arm and also when I went into the ladies room to freshen up at all, they were out of the toiletries that they offer. They had empty bottles on the shelf and said they were all out and also was just a hard time for them to print me out a receipt. I don’t know why finally I just said never mind so the little things I noticed you know wasn’t top-notch like I expected in Guilford. not sure if I would return there or try another place in Guildford or Brantford next time I come to town to visit from South Carolina

Absolutely amazing experience at this spa. The most relaxing, soothing atmosphere and the nicest people. My facial with Mikayla was amazing, she was very experienced and helped me understand my skin better. My masseuse (i forgot her name! sweet blonde lady) was unbelievable. The softest hands, excellent pressure, and left me me feeling like a gummy person. Absolutely returning!!!

Zoë was so helpful and good at her job! I let her know that I had an ankle injury and to be please softer on that ankle. She did so and was also very sweet. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and checked in halfway through to make sure the pressure wasn’t bad. Highly recommend.

I booked a 100 minute deep tissue massage with Barbara and it was so enjoyable that it made me purchase a spavia membership. Barbara was so welcoming, asked me my preferences and any areas of concern prior to starting. She is soft spoken and gentle, I found that to be calming and appropriate for the setting. Throughout the massage, Barbara pinpointed areas of tightness that I wasn’t even aware of. She noticed some inflamed areas and educated me on the benefits of lymphatic drainage. It didn’t feel like she was trying to sell me something, rather fully explained what the process was and how it helps. I decided to add it on to my service and I am so glad I did. Some areas that were really painful, were actually tolerable and somewhat pleasant after the lymphatic drainage. Barbara says she has 30 years experience, and she continues to participate in continuing education, which I find inspiring. I already have my next appointment booked and I Am so looking forward to my new membership perks! Also, shout out to the wonderful woman who helped me check in/out. I feel terrible for not remembering her name but she walked me through how the membership works and everything I needed to know. She was so pleasant and educated on everything. I could tell she enjoys her job so Spavia must be doing something right!

I just had the best massage ever with Sue Marie! She found the perfect balance between working out muscle tightness and providing relaxation. I’m already looking forward to my next massage!

Absolutely incredible experience! My partner and I booked a couples massage, and from start to finish it was pure relaxation. The atmosphere was calm and inviting — soft lighting, peaceful music, and just the right temperature. Both therapists were professional and attentive, checking in on pressure and making sure we were comfortable the entire time. We walked out feeling completely renewed — relaxed, light, and connected. You can really tell they take pride in their craft. It was honestly one of the best massages we’ve ever had together. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect — we’ll definitely be coming back!
