Sundays Sun Spa Wellness

I enjoyed their services while doing a free week. I did the two free spa services picking the hydrating infrared and the beauty pod. Tanned one day and then went back another day to tan and asked for a bed with infrared and I believe that bed was too intense for my skin because I burnt very bad with only 6 minutes of tanning. That was in the kb7900 bed. I liked the bed but not the burn lol, live and learn. I was only able to go those times for my free week since I burned and wasn't able to get the free spray tan. Trying to decide if I do the monthly membership or not. Wish the slimsculpt was able to be sampled. Took a pic of the bed so I could read up on it, sounds like a lot of benefits just dont stay too long very intense.

Called and canceled my membership last march and when i went in to restart services they told me i owe for 3 months after i canceled and told me they have no records of me canceling. Now its went to collections. Of course they don't. How convenient. They said they emailed me. I recieved ZERO emails. Its a scam to get extra money. Ive been going there for years never had a problem until now. Dont sign up for their services unless you want too be charged after you cancel services. I won't be returning.

The spa area rooms are very clean. The staff are very helpful. If you like to pampper yourself or a loved one this is the place to go. I'm from Florida and this is nicer than anything in the Tampa area.

The Hampton store is really good to me. Jennifer and Sara are outstanding. I go in and they ask me what bed i would like. I just say hook me up and BAM they have me in a bed. That is with everyone!! Good staff and im so glad I'm coming here. Thanks Hampton Sundays Lady's. YOU ARE THE BEST!!!! Dean

My experience at this location was lovely. Sara was very knowledgeable about every service, and patiently assisted with finding the best service for me. I felt comfortable walking in and getting situated, as the atmosphere felt inclusive even with my darker complexion. Will definitely be back here again!!

I’ve been a loyal customer at Sundays Sun Spa for over 7 years, and it’s consistently been my go-to tanning salon. Compared to other places like Palm Beach Tan, Sundays Sun Spa offers a more affordable and enjoyable experience. The staff here are always friendly, welcoming, and make you feel completely at ease. One of the things I appreciate most is the flexibility of their membership. You can pause it for a small fee and lock in your current rates if you know you won’t be able to utilize the services for a little while. I’ve done this a few times, and it’s been a great option. But ultimately, I think the membership is worth it, especially since getting vitamin D is so important and harder to do in the wintertime. The variety of services available is fantastic. I regularly use the Level 4 and above tanning beds, the Beauty Angel photo rejuvenation red light therapy, and the platform body vibrashape. The single massage chair they offer is also a great way to unwind. In addition to these, they provide a single-person sauna and the Cocoon Aqua Hydration Pod, which are both excellent for a full spa experience. This salon is my personal sanctuary for self-care and relaxation. I am very grateful to the staff for all their hard work and kindness. Y’all do a great job! I highly recommend Sundays Sun Spa for anyone looking to pamper themselves with top-notch tanning and spa services.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE Won't let me put 0 stars. I would put negative stars if I could. this company billing department is a sham. I moved out of Hampton Virginia years ago. They were charging me $5 a month. For A hold fee. I kept contacting whoever it is They would transfer me to or a person to talk to one of which was a manager in the store in Hampton. Informing them. I am not a resident of Hampton anymore. Or any nearby areas I will not pay these $5 fees that they say I kept agreing to pay .customer service is not helpful at all and does want to argue over $25. I would never, ever use this. Spa or anything affiliated with this corporation? I am assuming I will have to go further with legal action. This company and its billing department is terrible. They've even charged a credit card. That I do not have active and have had a 0 balance for the last 2 years.
