The ambience, the customer service, everything was great! So good in fact; I signed up for the membership! That will get a lot of use!

I had a Relaxation massage with Emily today and walked out feeling like a brand new woman. She was able to get all of the knots out of my shoulders and just loosen all of the tight and sore areas I’ve had on my back/shoulders, legs, and feet for what feels like forever! I highly recommend her! The front desk ladies were so sweet and accommodating as well! Thanks ladies for everything🥰

First time visiting the Hand & Stone location in High Point and it was such a great experience. The waiting area was quiet and tranquil, which immediately set the tone to relax. I had a facial with Kensleigh and she was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. She explained everything and made me feel completely comfortable. My face was glowing when I left. I’ll definitely be back!

I have been seeing Bethany for years now and she is phenomenal! When I first started seeing her, I had never had a massage before and she was very patient and explained everything. After that first visit, I have been seeing her every month since. She is wonderful! I highly recommend!

My first time getting a facial treatment ever. I am new to skin care and don’t really do self care for myself which I need to more. I am getting married in May and want to do some self care prep before to see if I like it and I had Sasha do my first facial experience and it was Amazing! Sasha is very smart with her knowledge of skin care and brings a calming and comforting energy. This was the first time in a long time where I was relaxed and that my mind was clear. 10/10 recommend Lashonda! She has magic hands. I went in stressed and tight and walked out feeling like a brand new person. She really listens to what’s bothering you and knows exactly how to fix it. Super relaxing vibe and such a kind person too.
