St. Somewhere Spa at Margaritaville Hollywood Beach

I recently visited the spa at Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort and unfortunately my experience did not match the price point. I paid $155 plus taxes and gratuity (about $192 total) for a 50-minute massage, and the service felt minimal. The therapist mostly moved their hands lightly with very little pressure, which made the massage feel more like light rubbing than a therapeutic treatment. It was also difficult to relax because staff were frequently walking in and out of the area and speaking loudly, which disrupted the atmosphere that most people expect in a spa environment. Another issue was communication. When we arrived, the staff did not clearly explain the spa amenities or schedule. We were not informed that the spa closed at 4 PM, and when that time came we were abruptly told we had to leave, which felt a bit rude and surprising since it had never been mentioned earlier. For comparison, I have had a much better spa experience at the Hard Rock Hotel, where the service, pressure, and overall atmosphere felt more aligned with the price. That said, I do want to note that the restaurant at Margaritaville was excellent. The food and service there were outstanding, which made the spa experience even more disappointing because I expected the same level of quality throughout the resort. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I would not recommend the spa.

My husband celebrated his birthday today and I must say that he enjoyed his day at the Spa today. The Massage therapists David and Shanika was so nice and amazing. The two girls who work at the front desk were amazing too! The experience was great and I would definitely be back again….. Thank you for making my husband Birthday a great one!🥰🥰

I went here for a birthday experience and was very pleased with the service that I received. I got a massage from Anatalie and would give her 5 out of 5 star rating. I left feeling calm, peaceful and rejuvenated. I also got to experience the other services at the spa with my friends. The jacuzzi pool felt really good, very relaxing. I would definitely go back again and recommend it to everyone I know.

I received a gift certificate for a massage at St. Somewhere Spa and truly enjoyed every minute of it. The entire experience—from booking and check-in to the moment I left—was very smooth and relaxing. Martha, the massage therapist who worked with me, did an incredible job. I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated afterward. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

This Spa was Amazing! The customer service up front was so nice and friendly. Then we soaked ina hot tub, followed by massage with the massage therapist Stacy. She soothed my muscles with a Swedish Massage. This place takes vacation to another level. I highly recommend!

Ydania, did amazing job. She started off by asking me several questions and wanted to know where my problem areas were. She was very professional and thorough. I would highly recommend her if you looking for a top notch masseuse.

We had an amazing couple’s massage from David and Steven. Everything was perfect. Both used exactly the pressure we asked for and were extra attentive to areas like stiff shoulders where we asked for extra attention. Best massages we’ve ever had. Did not take advantage of other spa treatments but the spa as a whole was a wonderful, peaceful environment. Staff was welcoming and helpful. I don’t hand out 5 star reviews unless they are really earned. This one was. Thank you David, Steven, and staff!
