The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Waikiki Beach

Excellent massage. This is our second experience here and it did not disappoint. For my spouse's birthday we got a couples massage. Lala and Miyuki were our masseurs and did an amazing job. At the end they gave us some sparkling wine and sorbet. Joann and Alyssa at the desk are always friendly and helpful.

High standard. This was our honeymoon destination. Very convenient to Waikiki beach and shopping areas. We love having breakfast every morning and looking at Waikiki Beach in the distance. Good clean safe resort, would consider buying a unit there. (March 2023-April2023) we spent a month at Ritz Carlton, Waikiki.

The massage was wonderful performed by skilled staff. The attention to detail was at a high level throughout the experience showing the allure of the namesake. I loved the changing room area with thoughtful offerings as well as the room you relax in after the massage. The small treats, tea and ambiance offered an additional layer of luxury. Don't miss the spa store as they offer unique items perfect for keepsakes and gifts.

Better spas elsewhere. Save your time. We got a massage and body treatment and it wasn’t worth it

Rude and unprofessional staff. Our spa at home is better, and we wasted a couple of hours on our vacation. Don’t come here.

The Four Seasons has many more positive ratings, which is evident that the staff and experience are profoundly better than this.
