The facilities are unique and well maintained by the friendly staff. Cold plunge has 3 different temps, indoor group tub, outdoor 2 singles. The saltwater spa with jets is an added relaxing bonus. The 4 dry saunas can accommodate up to 4ppl so you can have privacy or go with friends. Dion & Cindy deeply care about your wellbeing and have monthly activations like sober social club and mens and women's groups. I highly recommend checking them out or signing up for one of their community challenges!

Hi Staff, I really enjoyed my visit to the Loyly Sauna Lounge. I arrived with my daughter Bethany, who is an employee . The experience was very unique. The two staff member Liz and Tairah were very professional and accommodating. I also had the pleasure of meeting Cindy, one of the owners of the spa as well. Experiencing how it nurtured the musculoskeletal system and downregulated my nervous system, I was hopeful in finding something comparable to the contrast therapy that I got to experience in Switzerland, Turkey and Norway - where this was an everyday practice for the locals… I’m very grateful that Löyly, whose founder trained under Wim Hof, created such a warm, welcoming space that offers exactly that. "Soulful" and "healing" are two words I’d describe them. The cold plunge is sufficiently cold to bring me back to myself somatically (grounded and present). The sauna and hot bath allow my joint inflammation to calm and my body to exhale. loyly is amazing ! All of the staff are so welcoming and helpful and it’s such a vibe. beautifully decorated, stunning spot. World class plunge pool fits multiple people so you can chat with your friends and make the time go by faster. Saltwater hot tub & infrared saunas are top of the line. I had never plunged before and they truly made it such an enjoyable experience here. Definitely adding this to my routine, I felt amazing after the contrast therapy session. the owner Dion has an amazing story and is one of the kindest friendliest people ever. We came with a group and everyone had such a great time. Dion and team were educating us on the benefits— if you need a reason to go, there are SO MANY. Excellent for your body, mind and spirit. You will undoubtedly leave feeling incredible. Worth every penny. I recommend it to everyone ˙ᵕ˙

We happened upon Loyly since we live nearby. We've been a few times since. I had a little anxiety initially, given the open room concept. I'm not really the one for community style areas over privacy, but our first visit was calm and uninterrupted. The lovely young lady who works the desk is so nice. She explained everything. It was a great experience doing the contrast therapy (we made sure to go during the week in hopes it wouldn't be busy). Also, she did not hover but was always accessible and welcomed questions. Our latest appointment wasn't so smooth. There were too many interruptions, and we felt uncomfortable. This was not on the ladies who work there. They are great. We've decided in the future to opt for more private facilities, but we wish this business well.

This was my first time doing something like this in so long and the experience was nothing less than spectacular! Melissa and Tristen had great customer service and the hot tub and cold plunge were great the hot tub preferably lol the cold plunge was an experience to say the least😭 definitely did its job❄️ definitely the place to be if you wanna get some recovery in Huston!

Absolutely love Löyly Sauna! The cold plunge experience here is top-tier.. refreshing, invigorating, and exactly what my nervous system needed. The space is clean, calming, and thoughtfully designed. Special shoutout to Melissa, she’s amazing! The owners are also warm, welcoming, and so knowledgeable. Their presence truly made the experience feel grounded and supportive. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reset or wanting to incorporate contrast therapy into their wellness routine. I’ll definitely be back!
