Let me tell you about FiFi! I can’t say enough about FiFi. I expressed my satisfaction with her in person and is compelled to do so here. She is PHENOMENAL! I’ve been to Pure Spa a few times BUT NEVER HAVE I EVER had a therapist as good as FiFi! Her hands are truly blessed and I will return! I fee like a new woman!

I really enjoyed my experience at Pure in Houston. Staff got me in last minute for an appointment. Latisha Starr was amazing as my massage therapist!! Highly recommend

From check in to everything included I would absolutely book again! $300 goes a long way here! A massage, complimentary champagne, relaxing lounge (I slept for an hour), pool/lazy river access and valet parking is well worth every dollar. The best massage I’ve ever had, the entire experience was lovely from start to finish. Esmeralda works wonders, would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Relaxing experience and atmosphere. We treated ourselves to a couples massage to celebrate our anniversary. They were so helpful and kind, helping answer our silly questions, being our very first massage ever. They treated us to champagne in the waiting room, and the facilities were clean and soothing. The sauna was closed for Covid, but the woman's locker rooms was nice and clean - locker was full of things just for my stay - water, towel, shoes, soap, robe and a snack. My husband said he didn't get any of that though. So, not sure what happened to the men's side, but overall, we enjoyed our experience.

I had an incredibly relaxing experience at Pure Spa over the weekend. My visit started with a 50-minute Swedish massage, which was deeply soothing and exactly what I needed to unwind. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. After my massage, I spent time lounging by the Texas-shaped lazy river, reading and enjoying lunch in a peaceful atmosphere. I also took advantage of the steam room, which was the perfect way to round out my day of relaxation. Overall, Pure Spa provided a much-needed escape close to home. If you’re looking for a place to relax and recharge, I highly recommend it!

Worst spa experience ever! 50 min treatment only lasted 35 minutes. Which now I understand the lack in service and attention from Esmeralda is because they automatically charge 20% gratuity. Pool area was closed due to weather and after inquiring about a return pass/voucher no response from management after calling 5 times to seek resolution. Better off at Gangnam Spa for relaxation and body scrub.
