Rumor Has It Massage, Facial, Nail, Brow & Med Spa

I was a member of a bridal party in Houston. The services were awesome and very detailed. I received a deep tissue massage and it was amazing. Several members had other services, including pedicures, and everyone was very satisfied.

I had such a great experience there! Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the environment was so chill and relaxing — you truly feel at ease the moment you walk in. I enjoyed both a facial and a massage, and they were absolutely amazing. I’m already looking forward to coming back for a Valentine’s Day retreat! 💕

Writing this from the airport as I’m waiting to board but I just wanted to share that I got my nails done on Thursday and they’re already looking sad.(It is Monday) So they barely held on thru the Bach trip I was at where I was swimming and going to the beach. For the price that I paid I expected the nails to last me at least two weeks which is common, I’ve never had nails break so quick or look cracked. I can’t say I’ll go back, the inside of the establishment seemed nice enough but the work did not reflect it or the price. I had to edit to add the thumb picture that happened mere hours after this post was made. That’s two nails in one day. I have to say that’s a first for me. I got the dip style nails and it was my first time getting them done that way and it’s unacceptable in my opinion for that to happen. I’m very disappointed. I feel like I need a refund at this point.

I went in at 4:45 and I was excited they were able to work me in before they closed at 6pm. The first job finished up around 6:20 (lighter pink color). The nails weren’t filled in all the way, and there was bare nail showing on the sides. There was a lot of cotton lent in the polish. The morning after I went in to get them fixed. I walked in at 10:30 and left at 12:20 with the darker brown set. There isn’t even polish coating the entire nail and you can see through to the nail bed. They refused a refund and instead asked me to come back a 3rd time after already spending over three hours there’s on two separate dates to try to have them fixed again. Very disappointed in the service provided and would absolutely not recommend going here unless you have absolutely no other options. Try doing your nails at home for better results.

Best facial and one of the best massages. I love coming here every two weeks. Joyce and Rita they give me special attention. On my birthday I received free add-on how nice is that. I use membership benefit so I can save while getting pampered:)

Arha and I went for the retreat together and I fully agree with her. I had Lymphatic Massage, Max Facial, full face threading and GELX nails. I am so glad they offer so many services. We did not have to go anywhere else.
