I had such a great experience at Sudor! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Koura, who took the time to explain the process and made me feel completely welcomed and at ease. The personal sauna was a standout — private, relaxing, and just what I needed to unwind. The cold towels afterward, infused with a beautifully scented oil, were a thoughtful and refreshing touch. I also tried the cold plunge, which was invigorating and definitely added to the overall experience. Another big plus was the shower and getting-ready area. I was able to freshen up, get fully ready, and head straight to dinner with friends — super convenient. All in all, Sudor was the perfect way to end my week with a bit of much-needed self-care. I’ll definitely be back!

Good place for relaxing time! The first visit is $25 per one hour. The perfect room with sauna, TV, towels, and small fridge are available fit you personal. Plus, you may use shower.

Self care at its finest! I signed up for a membership when Sudor opened its doors in January 2023 and found out I was pregnant shortly after. The owner, Kat, graciously paused my membership since I was unable to use a sauna during pregnancy. Once I gave birth, Sudor was one of my first postpartum retreats. The staff reacquainted me with how to use my private sauna studio, had cool eucalyptus towels prepared for me and showed me how to use the cold plunge in the luxurious women’s lounge. Time and money well spent! Thanks to Kat and her staff for making me feel welcome and refreshed.

I love this place! Yesterday was my first visit and also my first time to do a cold plunge, which felt amazing! Of course, cold at first, but then was so revitalizing and my body felt so good after. This place smells good as soon as you walk in and is very clean. The front desk lady was super sweet and welcoming. I will definitely be back!

First time visiting Sudor and it was a nice relaxing experience. The personal dry sauna big enough for 2 went up to around 150 degrees even though it said it would go up to 175 degrees. There’s ambient lighting, Bluetooth connectivity for music, a tv, and towels provided. They even had cold wet towels for your face when you get out the sauna. There was a 55 degree cold plunge which I was most excited about experiencing, since I never tried that before. Showers with shampoo, conditioner, and soap. I’ve overlooked this place a few times but I’m glad I checked it out finally. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall great experience.

Sudor is such a gem in Houston! The space was incredibly clean and inviting, which made the whole experience so relaxing. Koura was amazing! She made us feel right at home and truly elevated the visit with her kindness and attention to detail. The infrared sauna was fantastic, and finishing with the cold plunge made us feel so refreshed and alive. We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!
