ZaSpa Houston Memorial City

The Spa at Hotel ZaZa – Memorial City is absolutely amazing. Valet parking makes arrival easy, and the ambiance is calm, elegant, and relaxing from the moment you walk in. The staff is friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the entire experience. I had the Split Decision massage, which offers great customization options including aromatherapy, hot stones, and more. Everything felt tailored to exactly what I needed. The lounge and sauna are the perfect complement and really help extend the relaxing vibe. When booking, ask for Viviana. She is outstanding. Truly gifted with what I can only describe as magic hands. I will definitely be adding this spa to my regular self-care routine.

Alyssa was amazing! Incredible facial and such a great massage with it! Never had such an amazing massage as part of the facial! Book her!

Updated 10.22.23 I didn't think they could top my last massage but Sandy did! I had the 60 minute swedish massage and with constant tension in my neck and shoulders I always anticipate pleasure and pain. This was the most fantastic massage where she was able to work through knots in my shoulders and neck with almost no pain, it was perfect. She utilized aromatherapy, stones and hot towels with an amazing blend of strokes. Looking forward to my next massage, can't recommend her enough! 9.9.23 Had a 60 minute deep tissue with Neomi and it was amazing from start to finish. I could feel the knots in my neck as she was working through them and felt immediate tension relief afterwards! Hot towels on the neck and feet as well as aromatherapy during the massage that was not too overbearing. The facilities were great and had a fabulous 20 minutes session in the infrared sauna afterwards. Fabulous all around.

This review is long overdue! I’ve been seeing Alana for well over a year, and she truly gives the best massages. She is highly proficient, professional, and incredibly nurturing. Whether you’re looking for therapeutic work or simply a relaxing experience, I can’t recommend Alana enough.

It’s been a couple of years since I’ve done a facial and my skin was looking and feeling blah so I booked a facial at the ZaSpa. Literally the most relaxing and rejuvenating facial I’ve ever had. Lorena explained all the products she was using before the facial and had me so relaxed during the facial that I’m pretty sure I dozed off for a little bit during the hand and arm massage. I left with radiant smooth skin and a couple of products and recommendations for maintaining and improving my skin routine. I will definitely be back for another facial (and won’t be waiting another couple of years before my next one!)

I booked a couple's massage and my husband got sick. I called to let them know and see our options. The manager said she would refuse service if we showed up because my husband was having cold symptoms which I understand and is the reason we called to inform them. She said I will refuse service and I will not reschedule unless you pay a $200+ fee to reschedule. She was refusing service therefore she should have been able to reschedule. I do not recommend this place.
