10 STARS IF I COULD! This was my second time having the Rose Head Spa for Two (first with a friend and today with my sister) - 90 minutes of bliss. Heloise and Isabella couldn't be more friendly and the atmosphere is a total spa experience. When you first enter, Heloise uses a scalp scanner to see if there is anything they need to be aware of and areas that may need more attention. We received robes and the beds were warm. First, we were given a mini facial followed by a total head massage and treatment. Just amazing and a wonderful de-stressor. After the head massage they blow-dry your hair. And to top it off wine and miscellaneous beverages are offered. A total HIGH CLASS ultimate experience. I'm hoping to book my daughter and myself when she comes to town.

My friend treated me for my birthday to my first Head Spa treatment. It was 90 minute Groupon for a duo so we did this together. What a wonderful experience! I did not know what to expect....Heloisa and Livia are amazing! A mini facial followed by a wonderful head massage and foot massage while our hair was being dried. I will return to do a sister Head Spa together. I highly recommend. By the way, they are located in the Sola Salon.

I went to Spa Luz for a head spa and it was amazing! The staff was super nice and made me feel so comfortable from the start. They checked my hair and scalp, gave me a few tips, and then the massage… wow. It was so relaxing, I didn’t want it to end. I left feeling fresh, calm, and totally renewed. The place is super clean and smells so good. Honestly, one of the best self-care experiences I’ve had in a while. Can’t wait to go back!

For Christmas, I was gifted a Groupon for the Lua Head Spa (For Two) package. When my friend and I arrived, we were asked to wait near the entrance of the salon with no greeting or introduction, which felt a bit awkward, though both staff members were ultimately nice. After the scalp analysis, we were told that due to our hair length there would be an additional $25 fee unless we agreed to skip the facial massage because of time constraints. This was surprising, as it wasn’t communicated prior to our appointment, but we agreed to omit the facial massage. After the scalp massage and wash, the service ended. According to the website, this package also includes skin cleansing and a facial mask, which were not provided. We only agreed to skip the facial massage, not the rest of the facial services. Overall, we were very underwhelmed, especially given what the package advertised.

My fiance and I had a very relaxing experience, and we especially enjoyed the scents utilized in the products. My hair feels so light and well cared for. Not something we would do all the time because of price, but a perfect treat to indulge.

Absolutely loved my service with Heloisa! She truly created such a relaxing environment and I felt so calm and taken care of. The scalp spa service was amazing and it was such a treat to have a cozy robe + drink to enjoy the Blowdry at the end. Cannot recommend her enough!

Had such a wonderful and relaxing experience at Luz Head Spa. Heloisa was very knowledgeable about scalp care and did an analysis on what would be best for my hair type. The scalp treatment was so relaxing and got to wear a skin care mask as she worked on my hair. I will definitely be back!
