Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Absolutely awful experience this morning. Therapist was five minutes late because receptionist forgot to tell her where she put me in a relaxation room. Then massage therapist asked me a couple questions told me to get on the table and that she was going to wash her hands and be back at 12:15. I got up and got off the table as my appointment was at 12 when I was dressed the massage therapist came back in smelling like smoke and was surprised. I then explained that my appointment was at 12 and it was 1215 and so I was done. She then said she was going to ensure I got my full treatment as I was walking out into the lobby. The receptionist and a massage therapist then went back into the back for another 10 minutes, and I finally knocked on the office door and asked for the manager After another few minutes he went back to see what the holdup was if I said I would like my full treatment, even though the massage therapist smelled like smoke. I eventually walked out as everyone went into the back and no one was communicating with me

Sarah was so pleasant and her suggestions was very helpful and awesome. The prices are the lowest in the area considering it's Keystone At The Crossing. It smelled clean and everything was neat and beautiful. Got a gift card for a Christmas gift and the customer service was awesome. Thank you for providing great customer service.

Exceptional service. Jade was very warming and my massage experience was wonderful. I felt relaxed…just what I needed after a long week. She’s very kind and knowledgeable about products and services and never felt pushed to try something new. Would definitely go back and I’ll always ask for Jade. Thanks for the Great experience. This was a pleasant experience from the moment I entered the reception was very welcoming. The massage therapist was very good. I fell asleep. The therapist gave me some helpful tips to assist with my pain management. These lovely ladies made me feel relaxed. I will return soon.

This review is specifically for Chonita!! She is amazing. I have had a lot of massages in my life and this is one of the only experiences where I left feeling a difference in my body. She used a technique I’ve never had before, but it was impactful. She also was very generous with her knowledge and informed me of ways to stretch and help my body feel better long term/in between massages. I booked with her for next month before I left the store. Highly recommend!!

Had a massage for my Christmas present for December 30th. They called day of and had to reschedule so I went the 31st my therapist was 15 minutes late, after my 10minutes of dressing and undressing she had me out in 35minutes. Yes I paid for 60minute massage and only got 35minutes. No discount, no refund. I opted for a silent session and the lady had rap music playing on her phone, kept stopping to reply to text and smelled of marijuana. I decided to give this place another try and scheduled a massage for my birthday 1/20. They called and told me they had to reschedule… I took the day off for a me day, for absolutely nothing. This place is a joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

My massage with Shanita was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend her, especially if you are sore from exercise. She truly listens and provides relevant feedback. You will thank yourself for booking with her!
