Lovely massage with Francesca! I loved how the spa area was completely separate from the gym and had a totally different vibe - very relaxing! You can also use the steam / sauna before or after your massage which was such a nice and unexpected treat! Overall wonderful experience and will definitely return. My only suggestion would be to tell clients at the time of booking about the steam / sauna because I would have arrived earlier if I had known.

Went in for a massage and cupping session. Had scheduled various appointments that day so I arrived 30 min early. Right away the welcome desk attendant suggested I use the sauna prior to my massage. She gave me a robe, water ands guided me to the locker room. Fantastic welcome! Francesca was my masseuse and was amazing! Made me feel at ease right away, listened to what concerns I had, kept gauging my pain tolerance throughout the cupping session. Provided after care recommendations. Truly a gem. Probably the best massage I’ve had! I highly recommend Base Body Spa! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I had a treatment with Maureen today and she was spectacular. Prior to starting, she asked me where were my areas of concern and after the treatment was complete, she checked on me to make sure I was happy with the service. Already looking to book my next treatment with her in the coming weeks.

I had a disappointing experience at Basebody Spa and cannot recommend their services for prenatal massage. I booked and paid for a 90-minute prenatal massage, but the actual massage lasted barely an hour. Despite arriving a few minutes late and briefly using the restroom (a necessity during pregnancy), I was charged for the full session, with time deducted for dressing/undressing. This policy was not disclosed beforehand, leaving me feeling misled and undervalued as a client. Transparent communication and fair treatment are crucial, and unfortunately, this spa fell short on both.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Basebody Spa. They have been my go-to for all things massage since 2018. The spa is conveniently located within Base Gym and the but its waiting and massage rooms are perfectly sealed off the hustle and bustle of the rest of facility, giving the Spa a much different(relaxing) feel. Jessica has been my massage therapist since my first visit and she is LIGHTS OUT. Not only is the massage great, Jessica's attentiveness with me is terrific as she is able to recall what we worked on in our last session and continue paying attention to my individual trouble areas. Super friendly staff, super professional, wouldn't go anywhere else.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I was searching for a high quality spa and massage for a long time when I found Francesca at Basebody Spa about a year and a half ago. Since then, I am a devoted and very happy client. Francesca first gains an understanding of what areas require attention prior to the session. Then her training and experience ensure that those areas are attended to in a very thorough and professional manner every time. I would recommend her to anybody looking for a high quality massage in the JC area. Second to none.

Francesca is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had! She listens to each request and gives helpful advice (I.e. home exercises, equipment ideas, etc.). I highly recommend her to everyone looking for a massage. The facility is clean and welcoming. I don’t go anywhere else in JC! The packages are also reasonable and save you money.
