Audrie is incredibly talented and intentional with her work. She really listens, explains the process, and makes sure everything feels right before you leave the chair. My hair always looks and feels amazing, and the experience is just as great as the results! 😍

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experiences here. I go to Jazmin Ramsey for my hair needs and let her work her magic! Each time she nails the look I’m going for or has a fun twist she recommends that I haven’t thought of, and I always leave feeling so refreshed and excited about my new hairstyle! She’s colored my hair, cut my hair, and even did my updo for my wedding as well as for my bridal party! I highly recommend her for your hair needs!

Two weeks ago I went in for a consultation, ended up booking an appointment. Called to verify that appointment still stands, I never got a text message, I thought might have been a glitch. I was told there is no appointment booked for me. I asked what had happened, they said I just never booked one. I explained that stylist and I agreed on the date and time in person because she said "...I want to make sure I have enough time with you..." The employee on the phone said that I was supposed to call to book an appointment and I never verified anything person and that they can rebook me. I tried to explain that I did verify date and time, and was provided with a card as reminder. At that point, I did not want to be gaslit for the second time, so we ended the conversation. Originally, when I called to book the consultation, the lady on the phone said it will be free of charge, when I got there they tried to charge me $20, which I would've paid, but I was slightly confused on why they're advertising to people free consultations. Do what you will with this information.

I really enjoy my experience at Par Exsalonce, Zona Rosa. The salon is clean, maintained, and the team polite. My full recommendations for Cydnee! I am very selective about my hair person, needing the right personality to click with me, and Cydnee is just that! The perfect chatty blended with quiet relaxation plus EXCELLENT styling! I've trusted Cydnee for more than 2 years and will continue to trust her for as long as she's in KC. <3

I’ve been going to this salon for over five years and until recently it’s been good. It’s not cheap, but with hair you usually get what you pay for. I recently booked an appointment for a haircut and received a call that advised I would have to leave the salon with wet hair. Honestly I was shocked. This isn’t a salon that does beautiful blowouts, they usually just dry and run a straightener or curling iron through your hair. However, it’s not a Great Clips and the style is included in the price. With this kind of customer service I can’t justify the price and will be looking for a better salon up North. *I am adding more context because the owner replied (unsure if this was public or not). Yes, I made the appointment online, for my hair length (right at shoulder). I added the additional note that my hair was thick, not long, because it’s been an issue in the past. Why even offer online scheduling if it doesn’t work for your salon? On top of that if time would be an issue why would you call me less than a day from the appointment? Especially since this salon imposes a 48 hour cancellation notice on their clients.

Sammy is just awesome. Best facials ever-relaxing and my skin has never been better. Great atmosphere and I look forward to each visit. I live 45 minutes from the Salon and so very much worth the extra drive for great service and Sammy is so sweet as well as a great professional.

I've been going here for a couple of years and it's great. Lauren is my stylist and she is 10/10. She's fast, friendly and provides great customer service. The parking is also pretty easy. I can usually park right at the door.
