Sojourn Spa

I had two treatments at Sojourn this weekend and I am already looking forward to coming back! My facial with Devin was fantastic - he catered the facial to my skin needs and gave me great recommendations for at home products. He made the experience relaxing yet fun with great conversation. For my massage I saw Ian and OMG - best massage of my life hands down. 11 of 10 stars - would recommend. My husband saw Arthur and said his massage was great as well.

We had a couples message & we were both so impressed. Our providers, Ian and Ashley were amazing. They made sure to check in with what we wanted, and how we were doing along the way, and we both walked away feeling refreshed and relaxed. We will be back, thanks for the great morning!

I decided to book a last-minute sports recovery massage at 10:30am on the day of checkout, and Andrea was incredibly accommodating in making it happen for 11am. My therapist, Michelle, was wonderful—she made sure to focus on my target areas and maximized every minute of our session. Afterward, I spent some time in the Social and Solitude Room, which was the perfect spot to relax and reset before heading out. If you’re staying in the Plaza area, I highly recommend this spa for both the experience and the service.

Always a nice luxurious hotel spa experience. A nice quiet relaxation room before and after. The shop is nice as well. Staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. IMHO my favorite spa in KC

We had an absolutely amazing experience. Great massages with options for add ons that were amazing. The spa has appointments for the infrared sauna - a great way to get benefits of a sauna without the unbearable heat of a steam sauna. We felt like we got the royal treatment for my husband's birthday. Great shower rooms to head off to the Plaza for dinner after.

We had the most wonderful experience! The staff genuinely seemed invested in making our experience exactly what we wanted. Our massage therapists talked with us beforehand to learn what areas to focus/not focus and that was appreciated. The spa was very clean and had a healthy/wellness spa vibe that was refreshing. We feel much healthier and more relaxed leaving. We plan to make this our spot for dates!

Absolutely a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The massage was absolutely outstanding and the best I’ve ever had. I will be back!!!!
