Maddie was great. Friendly during the process. It took about 1/2 hour and was pleasant. Lost about an inch. You have to keep going back for more results. Which is understandable. Price package could be a bit better. Overall I would recommend and plan on returning.

I got my eyebrows waxed and a cooling treatment. I’ll definitely be coming back for more services. Maddie was so sweet and gentle with everything. Did a great job!

I cannot say enough good things about Cloud9! They make you feel like a queen by simply unmasking your true beauty. Rachel Lutter is the best: not only skilled, but also intuitive as she seems to "psychically" know when I'm on the mood to talk and when I'm not. The services are so relaxing, comforting, and rejuvenating. I'm going to try more of them and the products ASAP! What are YOU waiting for? Go!!

I’m very satisfied and happy with my clinician Rachel she is very knowledgeable and kind she makes me feel good about myself and my body. I am also very happy with the results of my treatment and look forward to working with Rachel on different areas of my body. This place is great for a massage, but will BERATE you with constant text and emails. If you block one number, they’ll text you from 5 others. I haven’t even used this place in years and I’ve unsubscribed from their messages many times yet I continue to get them. Pretty frustrating.
