When I first walked in, I had two nice ladies ( Mary and Tracie) greet me with big smiles. So that started the day off good. From there on it only better and better. Marina did my pedicure and my manicure. Very professional. Next, was lunchtime. A Great meal that Mary brought to me. When I was done with my lunch, a girl named Charly Came and got me and did my Facial. Very relaxing. Finally I ended up with Brittney who gave me a great massage. I was having problems with my shoulder/arm and she got it feeling better in no time. I would definitely recommend European body Works for relaxing day. They are very Professional and classy. They only have the best people working for them.

I received one of the packages as a Valentine’s/anniversary gift from my husband, so I was really looking forward to it. Some staff members were kind (my pedicure and facial technician were both very sweet), but overall the day was disappointing. During the facial, I could hear audio playing (possibly from AirPods) whenever the esthetician leaned in, which made it difficult to fully relax. The massage portion was especially frustrating- the heated table was broken, the room lighting was bright, the table creaked throughout, and there was no consultation about pressure or areas to focus on. It didn’t feel like a professional massage experience. There was also confusion at checkout regarding the prepaid gift card, so I was almost charged twice. I emailed the spa on 2/17 and again on 2/25 hoping to resolve this privately but have not received a response, which has added to the disappointment.

A Beautifully Inclusive Spa Experience! I had the most wonderful experience at eBW Salon & Spa. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and immediately impressed by how aesthetically pleasing and serene the environment was. Everything felt intentional — calm lighting, soft music, and a genuine sense of welcome. Before my treatments, I spent 30 peaceful minutes in the infrared sauna, which was the perfect way to begin my spa day. I was thrilled that they provided both a robe and wrap in my actual size (plus-size, 1X) — something that is far too rare in many spas. It meant so much to feel comfortable and included without worrying about the "one-size-fits-all" issue that never really fits all. My massage with Bridget was fantastic. She took the time to ask about my preferences and truly listened, customizing the session perfectly. Afterwards, I enjoyed a facial and pedicure with Abigail, who was gentle, professional, and left my skin glowing and my feet feeling absolutely pampered. The spa also appeared to have about 16 lockers, which made it feel thoughtfully designed for both privacy and comfort. I left feeling completely renewed — relaxed, radiant, and cared for. I highly recommend eBW Salon & Spa to anyone seeking a luxurious and inclusive day spa experience.

I went for a pregnancy massage and it was wonderful. The lotions smelled good but not too overbearing, she targeted exactly what I wanted and she was very warm and personable. Highly recommend!

This is my favorite place to get a massage and a facial! To top it off I love going into their red light therapy sauna!! Highly recommend!!

This place is absolutely amazing! Booked the 5.5hr day treatment & could not be happier. The ladies that work there are all absolutely amazing! Highly recommend! Picture of lunch & wine they served with the package I purchased!
