I really enjoyed my stay. The valet team was extremely helpful during both check-in and check-out. Michael was especially kind and made the unloading and parking process quick and seamless. The hotel itself was fantastic and in an excellent location, with easy access to great restaurants and downtown activities.

Positive: "" Negative: If there is a private event scheduled - you cannot use the pool. The main reason I booked this hotel was for the rooftop pool, and it was closed the evening of the 2nd night I stayed.

I log about 80 hotel rooms a year, sometimes more. I will forever say at the Embassy suites when I’m in Knoxville. They are on top of it, everybody was so nice, so helpful went extra mile! the room was perfect. I was there four days had the do not disturb snd Nobody disturbed me while I was working! close to great restaurants. Do not miss the Brass Pearl for oysters and martinis! Besides the fresh oysters, the lobster roll was outstanding, and only $26 which that’s a good price for good lobster roll. And the coffee shop downstairs at the hotel makes excellent Cortado’s and lattes’! As a former hotel clerk and hotel made, I just wanna say I really appreciate each and everyone of you!!

Can’t speak highly enough of this hotel. Everything about it was great, starting with parking. They charge $35 for valet, but there’s a city garage a block away that’s free on weekends and only $7/daily on weekdays. There’s a bridge directly from the garage to the hotel. Location of the hotel couldn’t be more centralized, and the rooms were crazy nice. They have 5 high speed futuristic elevators so you never have to wait to use the elevator. Breakfast was great, front desk staff really friendly, there’s a coffee shop and a bakery shop in the lobby. Just perfect

If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would. From check in to check out was seamless. Our football team played at Rocky top and they were so welcoming. Hotel is beautiful and in the heart of everything. We walked to get ice cream, coffee, and dinner. The reception every evening was really nice on the roof top. Amazing views and the drinks were strong to be complimentary. The last game on Sunday was late in the evening so we had to extend to Monday, we called down to the front desk and they extended us without any issues. The breakfast was upscale and the waffles were to die for! We loved our stay and will be back in the future

Fantastic hotel. Best I've stayed in for a while. Room was very quiet and the curtains blacked out the light so well I didn't know what time of day it was. Love the split room concept. LOVE the roof top bar and breakfast. Great location. Overall very nice experience.

You can't beat the location. Its a lot of high rated restaurants in walking distance. I had a room on the top floor and we couldn't figure out how to turn on the heat, even the staff was puzzled. I got moved to another room and the heat unit was broken. In lieu of a 3rd room I accepted a space heater, and that thing heated up an entire King Suite by itself! The heat got fixed the next day. The king suites are nice! Parking is Valet Only and $35 a night. No self-parking available. My only complaint is Valet. My goodness they're slow. I think they have to walk far. Request your car 15-30 minutes before you need to leave bc that's how long it takes.
