HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We bought two hot tubs from Josh in the past. We called him regarding an issue we were having. Instead of helping us come up with a solution he responded with an aggressive and profane tirade. I have never been treated so poorly by a salesperson. When I reminded him of our previous purchase, he dismissed us, stating he would only remember the guy who just bought 9 hot tubs from him today not us. In today's competitive market, no customer deserves to be treated with such disrespect. Given this experience, I strongly advise others to thoroughly research alternative vendors for hot tubs and pool tables. Our experience, unfortunately, seems to be consistent with other negative reviews regarding his behavior.
