Roehm's Day Spa

UPDATE: the owner contacted me and made this right. They gave me a complimentary massage and she was fantastic. It feels like today most company’s apologize and say too bad so sad. It was really refreshing and appreciated that they offered the mak it right. I am very disappointed in the service I received today. When I walked in for my 10am appointment , I was told the massage therapist was not in but would be arriving in a few minutes. It was that moment I knew I was going to be stood up due to it being past my appointment time but I waited . While I understand life happens, I was assured she was spoken to that morning and was aware of our appointment. Then, they called her right in front of me and told me that she , didn’t know about the appointment. I was offered to wait an hour for her to come in to serve me. I told them no thank you and told them not to charge me and left. I will not be returning to this place again. They wasted my time and my gas to get there.

What a beautiful day spent with my daughter and her girls! They pampered us and gave us such special treatment as we prepared for my daughters wedding day. We had the best massages and a mani pedi which included paraffin dipping of our hands and feet. It was an amazing experience and they were so accommodating to our needs! Thank you ladies! Definitely will be back and highly recommended!

The atmosphere is amazing everything is nice and clean. The owner and staff are amazing! I had a facial, dermal planing , red light therapy and a manicure. I highly recommend their services . If you want a peaceful , relaxing experience with great customer service this is the place to go!

Repeat customer, who adores Roehm's Day Spa. During a recent pedicure, I had the best nail tech. The pedicure itself was wonderful and the vibe was so warm and relaxing. I recommend Roehm's for pedicures and all of their services. It's just the best!

Went there for a Bachelorette party and we all had a blast!!! I went first for a massage and oh my goodness, it was pure bliss. She was so well trained and so fun to talk to that I am definitely going back again. Then when I got out of that they had water and sushi and fruit available for us which was so sweet and absolutely delicious. They brought us these warm things to place on our shoulders. We then did paraffin wax dips, pedicures and manicures. Wow. Just wow. The whole atmosphere was so relaxing and comfortable that I almost fell asleep. I completely forgot about the outside world lol The nail tech was so funny and so talented as well. It felt amazing and our nails turned out soooooo cute!!! They were even so nice and are letting us go back and get our facials a different day since we were worried about doing those so close to the wedding. I am for sure going to go back for another day package. Everyone there was so nice and the atmosphere was so soothing that I cannot wait to go back again!!!

Getting nails done for my sister's wedding. Only 2 techs, there were 3 of us. ??? Mom waited 45 min, just for a polish on her nails. My footbath got cold, and only the bride was offered water, tea, etc. No massage, no oils, no lotion- $45 mani, $55 pedi. My sis, ( the bride) had so many layers of polish, it was all mucked up and I did her nails later that night. For being a " spa" the service was terrible. There weren't any other customers in the building. Wouldn't recommend. Too bad.

Looking for something really special to thank your team for their hard work and dedication? Look no more! Roehm's Day Spa hosted our team of 10 for a day of divine pampering. I had looked extensively around SW Michigan and couldn't find anyone who was able to accommodate a group. Barb Hepler was amazing in that she put together a great deal for a customized package of services, along with a delicious lunch. By the end of the day, my teammates, their spouses and I were in a blissful state of rest and relaxation. Give Roehm's a try -- you will love it!
