This gym truly has it all. In a bigger city, I was used to having separate memberships for CrossFit, traditional strength training, yoga, boxing — plus spa visits just to properly support my recovery. I never expected to find a place that combined my favorite training and recovery tools into one space. For me, it feels like a sanctuary. It makes it easier to show up on the days I don’t feel like it. The space is thoughtfully designed with top tier equipment that’s easy to navigate, impeccably clean, and clearly built with intention. You can tell the owner genuinely cares about creating a safe, supportive, faith driven space for the community. The recovery area feels luxurious — reclining chairs, compression sleeves for legs, arms, and hips, infrared saunas, showers, lockers, and even complimentary protein drinks and coffee. What makes this gym especially unique is its Christian foundation. The atmosphere feels grounded and purposeful. Whether you share that faith or simply appreciate a values-driven space, there’s something calming and intentional about it. I always leave feeling grateful and excited to rinse and repeat.

The atmosphere is positive, respectful, and motivating, and you can truly feel the difference when a business is run with heart and strong values. I’m so grateful for the support, kindness, and encouragement I’ve received here. If you’re looking for a gym where faith, community, and health come together, this is the place.

The best gym I have ever been too it’s no small gym it has everything you need with peace and tranquility

The cold plunge experience at Arctic Labs was truly incredible. Luke and Nichole were exceptional hosts, providing us with valuable and educational information about the process. I highly recommend anyone who is interested in trying cold plunging for the first time to give Arctic Labs a chance, as it was an unforgettable experience. Their expertise and guidance made the whole experience even more enjoyable and rewarding. I can't wait to go back and do it all again!

This place is seriously, probably the best hidden gem in Las Cruces, I didn’t even know there was a bio hacking /wellness spot in this city! You will seriously leave this place completely rejuvenated/ Recovered- one of my favorite things is EWOT Oxygen machine, (pics attached) after finishing it it’s like drinking 3 cups of coffee without the jitters. And don’t even get started on the cold/hot therapy. Seriously, sign up, you have no idea what you’re missing out on👏👏👏

Luke has hand picked his staff. They are beautiful inside and out: Austin, Alex, Isaiah, Zack, Emmie, always eager to help, asking what they can do for you as soon as you arrive. Great environment! No scale, no clock, no loud music, only soothing music in the compression room. The decor is attractive, thanks to Luke's talents. Always plenty of clean towels are available. I love the infrared sauna, the gym, the red light therapy, the oxygen on the bike and the compression. It is so convenient to have it all under one roof.It's a great family business and Pam is so pleasant and enthusiastic. I am so grateful to have it so close to my home.
