Christine was the best. Had multiple head spa in past back in Florida but this one takes the cake. The place was calm serene. Had the 90 min neck shoulder and head massage and it was divine. They even blow dry my hair after. Thank you. Will definitely visit again.

I brought my daughter here for a scalp treatment, and we both had a wonderful experience. The staff Colin and Technician May was very gentle, patient, and explained each step clearly, which made my teenage daughter feel comfortable the whole time. The space was clean and relaxing, and we left feeling refreshed and happy. It was such a special mother-daughter experience, and we will definitely come back.

Did a 90-min hair and scalp treatment head spa with hot stones and neck/head/shoulder massage with blow dry at the end with May. It was at a great price. Best head spa experience. Come and experience it. Came in with headache and it was gone. massage was great with right amount of pressure.

Located in Shanghai Plaza in Chinatown They use natural essential oils and their signature National Theory peppermint sea salt scalp scrub for a deep clean. I had a 90-minute scalp, head, and upper body massage, and it was amazing! 🌿💆‍♀️ My scalp and hair felt so amazing afterwards, especially during this time of the year where it’s super dry

I had their hair wash with blow out special and it was great. I felt like they washed years off my scalp. The wash/scalp massage is a little rough but then it turns relaxing. You are laying down the whole time in a dark room with a lady by your head who washes your head about 10 times. At the end, they blow dry your hair very quick and give you a choice of tea to drink. I would recommend you get it when they are running a special, otherwise I think the service is overpriced.

I went here on a weekday midday, and they were able to get me in right away. I did the 90 min facial and hair scalp treatment. This wasn't a luxurious experience per say but it was worth every penny. I would return anytime. Jianfang is who did the appointment and she was really sweet. I was so relaxed for the rest of the day and my hair was so soft.

I had Mei for my session and she was amazing! I booked the 90 minute hair scalp treatment and head relaxation. I called to book the day before and they got me in quickly. For those who have never been to a headspa you go into a room with a table that has a hair washing station attached. They ask you to undress from the waist up and give you a towel wrap to wear and cover you up. They started me with a massage on my chest, arms, shoulders, neck and back. Then they did some facial massage on my forehead and jaw. Then they move into exfoliating. Lastly they do several hair washes and treatments. They make sure you are all rinsed and dry before asking you to put your clothes back on and blow dry your hair. It was a very relaxing experience and I would love to go back again.
