Massage Nirvana Day and Medi Spa

I came in simply to have my toes polished and was told the service would not be provided. It’s confusing to be a nail salon and refuse a basic toe polish. The customer service was poor, the staff was unfriendly, and I would not recommend this business. What makes this even more frustrating is that I called ahead to ask specifically if toe polish services were offered and was told yes, which is the only reason I made the trip. When I arrived, I was abruptly told "no" without any explanation, alternatives, or attempt to assist me—after I had already taken the time to come in. To make matters worse, my original review was deleted, as if my experience was not valid. It was. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect was extremely disappointing. I’m reposting this review because customers deserve honesty and transparency before choosing where to spend their money.

I have been going for a massage almost every week for years due to inflammation and bad hips it is important I get my body worked on weekly. I went almost a whole year changing therapist because I did not feel I was getting the results I was looking for until I found Michelle at massage Nirvana. She is a game changer. She is so educated on the body and not only gives an amazing massage but does stretches for me that have been a game changer in dealing with physical pain. She is truly passionate about what she does and it shows. I am so grateful to have found a place that helps me heal and someone who is extremely educated on massage therapy and this is coming from someone who has had more massages than I can count.
