Park MGM Spa & Salon

Visited Park MGM Spa again and another terrific experience. Jaylon is THE best spa attendant. He was my attendant last trip a month ago and he was there again this trip. He knows exactly what the guest wants and needs. Key to outstanding memorable customer service and creating a personable experience is anticipating what the guest wants and Jaylon is excellent at this because he takes time to get know the guest. Also he ensures all the supplies and amenities are fully stocked and continuously replenishing. Definitely 5-STAR experience

This is review for day pass. The sauna was barely hot and more importantly, not the proper configuration to have proper heat distribution. No cold plunge, showers or anything to create the hot - cold cycle. The steam room was nice and best part of experience. There’s a coed chill room with coffee, teas, water etc. Only worked ok bc I needed to wait for my room. Otherwise would go elsewhere.

Loved this Spa setup! Their facilities are very nice. I liked the sauna and steam rooms. Great large locker area with showers, toilets, sinks and toiletries. The day pass gets you access to all that, or you can schedule a service and get access as well. The staff were kind and helpful.

My mom, sister and I had a great time at this spa! We skipped getting massages this time, but we were able to use their hot tub, sauna and steam room! Everyone who worked there was super friendly and helpful! The only reason I’m giving it a 4 out of 5 stars is because if the hours. If they could stay open later in the evening that would be awesome!

Always visit the spa when I stay at Park MGM for the "relaxing" part of my stay Super friendly and helpful staff that always knows exactly what you need and want. Facilities are always clean and the staff is always refreshing supplies and cleaning. The jacuzzi, steamroom and sauna are fantastic. Highly recommend Park MGM Spa

Don’t pass up the opportunity to treat yourself here. Services give you full day access to spa amenities include a hot tub, steam room, and sauna. The Welcome Home massage with a facial add-on was amazing! Definitely recommend if you’re staying at the Park or just looking for a day activity.

Always visit the Park MGM Spa. Gigi and the team create and awesome relaxing experience. The staff are always helpful and keep everything immaculate. Highly recommend
