Fiona was the one who took care of me for the haircut. She was very nice, polite and I loved the way they did everything with the scissors. The spa was so cool honestly, it's the best spa I can tell and The massage was great, and they also had a jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room!!

My husband and I get a couple’s massage on every trip we take. This being no different . However, the massage was rebooked over the phone and apparently they just picked and billed us for the most expensive ones on the menu. When the masseuse asked said we were getting the lumpy or something like that once in room we had no idea even how to pronounce it much less what they were talking about. We are used to Swedish and deep tissue, but how would we have booked something we had no idea , what it was?? Then when we were asked to pay we tried to discuss it the man by the name Xavier- he refused to even hear us. Also did not go over pricing with us pre-massage. And it’s not even about the money….. we do not mind paying but it was the weakest massage I have ever received. It’s a gamble so be safe! Because it’s a losing game, lol. Because. Love to gamble.

My friend and I got a 100 mins Couples Swedish Massage (so we could be in the same room)—it was wonderful! Caratta & Rosie made us feel so relaxed and pressure was great. Overall, was an amazing massage! Their robes were so soft and comfy too. The spa is spacious, specifically the waiting/lounge area and even the locker room! Prices are a bit high—$400 for a 100 mins massage and they automatically added 20% gratuity to our bill.

I took in the fitness center every day. I was there on vacation. They have pretty much any and everything you need to get a lift or run in.

I got a mani & pedi by Jonna and it was exactly what I needed! She took her time and did an excellent job. She was also incredibly kind and sweet. Thank you, Jonna!

I booked the Winter Wonderland Pedicure and had a very disappointing experience, especially given the luxury setting and $162 price point. ($25 surcharge for removing polish-not dsiclosed) The service description mentioned a variety of winter colors, but the polish selection was mostly summer shades. There was no Christmas green available, and the only seasonal option offered was a teal gel, which did not match what was advertised. I informed the technician at the start that I am very ticklish. While she initially accommodated that, when trimming my cuticles she cut into live skin. When I spoke up, she responded, "Well don’t move," even though I had not moved. She then became visibly frustrated, tossed the cuticle trimmer onto her tray, and said, "You know what, we’re just going to skip that step since you can’t handle it." This felt dismissive and unprofessional. My toenails were also never filed. When it was time to use the dryer, the cord did not reach properly. Instead of adjusting the setup, I was asked to awkwardly reposition myself, which resulted in chipped polish on both big toes. Despite the cost, which should have included access to the rest of the spa, I was never informed that I could return to the spa amenities. I was part of a wedding party, and others in my group were inside the spa area at the time. To add to the discomfort, the technician commented that she normally does hair and that pedicures are not what she likes to do. Unfortunately, that attitude showed in the service. Overall, the experience made me feel unwelcome rather than cared for, which is not what I expect from a luxury spa. I would not recommend this service. I was treated as an inconvenience.

I booked a couple of hair and makeup appts for my wedding day. As the Bride Alicia did my makeup and she was great. I felt beautiful and would go to her again. Rachel however was the stylist who did my hair, and I would absolutely not recommend her for any bride. I am by no means a picky person, I had a general idea for how I wanted my hair for my wedding day, but I understood that not all hair styles for work for all hair types. She spent at least 15 mins lackadaisically sticking my head full of bobby-pins for an "updo" only to pull them out telling me twice that my hair was "too dirty" for this and because of my "cowlick" what I wanted was impossible for her to do because of "her" standards. She ended up giving me a basic down-do that came uncurled before my ceremony even began. If it was offered, I would have even paid for extra services to make my hair as special as I should have felt on my wedding day, even though I was already spending over $300 for hair and makeup. Honestly, I feel like I would have gotten better service at a hair cuttery. The only reason I’m not giving this a 1-star review is because of Leeann. She did my twin sister/MoH’s hair and makeup. It was styled perfectly; her curls stayed the entire night and even in the next morning. She was super friendly and knowledgeable. Leann easily deserves 5 stars. When you book hair and makeup at Voie. Make sure you ask for Leeann.
