Spa One

This was my first time at Spa One and it exceeded my expectations for our little hometown!!!! From the venue to the massage therapist (Julie Johnson), everything was so spectacular and relaxing!! The venue was a lot bigger inside than I expected from the photos I’d seen. The massage was very personalized too. I got the 120min massage and it was so worth it! I was debating between the 90 or 120min, and so glad I did the longer one. Time goes by so fast in there! Great job Julie and great job Spa One! They had hair ties, mouthwash, body spray, etc in the restroom in case you need. What a welcoming & relaxing environment! I will definitely be coming back! Excited to try their other services in the future too!

5 star therapist and facility! Katye H. genuinely gives the best massages I've ever had! I have a bad back and her technical approach is always on point--I feel so so much better afterwards. But equally as important is her calm and kind demeanor. She's honestly the only person I've felt at ease with during a massage and the only massage therapist I've ever requested for followup visits. You wouldn't know it based on the exterior (located in a run-of-the-mill small strip mall off the frontage road), but the interior is very soothing and relaxing; the administrive staff is great too. Its always an excellent experience all around!

SpaOne has become our go-to place for self-care. My husband and I come here for massages, facials, and pedicures, and every visit is a great experience. The spa is clean, relaxing, and very well run, and the staff are always welcoming and professional. It’s one of the few places where you can actually unwind the moment you walk in. The services are consistently high quality, and you can tell they care about both the experience and the results. It feels like a true reset every time we come. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a dependable, relaxing spa.

Lisa was incredible, I’ve had a good amount of massages at different places and that was the best massage I’ve had. She was very intentional with her movements, I booked a 60 min massage and it felt like I was in there for 2 hours, I didn’t feel rushed at all and she was very sweet and cared a lot about making the massage personal to me. Pressure, comfort, everything was perfect. I was very impressed of how well she drained my lymphatic system and how well she worked around the body. You can tell she’s very experienced, I will definitely be back. Thank you so much Lisa!! (;

I booked a microneedling session for me and my fiancé for Valentine's Day. Arielle was the one who performed the service for us and she did amazing! She was super kind and answered all our questions. Our results have been amazing. 10/10 would recommend booking with Arielle!!!

I have had 5 sessions with Tanya for body cavitation. She is so friendly and very easy to talk to. I never feel like I'm there for an hour, it goes by so fast. I would recommend spa one to everyone I know! Book with Tayna, she's great!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the most incredible massage with Olivia at SpaOne—truly the best birthday gift to myself! From start to finish, she was attentive, thoughtful, and incredibly skilled. Her pressure was *perfect*, and she instinctively found and focused on the spots that needed the most attention. I asked for orange aromatherapy - my fav- and she suggested the addition of cedar wood. It was so wonderful! I appreciated her suggestion and the addition! She wrapped my feet in warm towels, every piece of the service was absolute perfection. One detail I especially appreciated was how she dimmed the lights when I flipped over so it wasn’t too bright—such a small thing, but it made the experience feel so personalized and relaxing. And the scalp massage? Absolute bliss. I was melting into the table. This was an amazing, rejuvenating experience, and I left feeling so happy and relaxed. If you’re booking a massage, go see Olivia—you will not regret it! 💆‍♀️✨
