I had a really bad back pain and the deep tissue massage was great! Nice and clean place, caring staff. Highly recommend ⭐

She is absolutely wonderful and I tip well I feel the service is under priced. I needed a focused area and she did very i tensile work. I found myself booking double the time a week later for more work.

This is the only spa I go to for getting massages and/or facials. I don't get them often, but anytime I get a massage (often the half hour one) they never disappoint. I used to go to a different spa in Fort Myers, but that one and many others just can't compare to the overall quality and the pricing Lool Ha provides. What I like most is the affordability of the 30-minute massage and how many features are included in the session (hot towels, stones, essential oils), which I had to pay for separately at my past spa. My massage therapist here typically uses the citrus-scented essential oil and hovers her hands above my face at the beginning of each session, which I also love. It's also always a pleasure to speak with Maite on the phone when setting up an appointment. She's so sweet and patient & actually remembers my name whenever I call. Have been here a few times over the last 4 years. So has my family & friends based on my referral. Never had any issues. Massages are amazing. So are the other service. I see people commenting about them not answering the phone. The thing is, this is a small spa. They have few employees. They focus on the customers there rather than stop and go to answer the phone. Imagine them stopping your massage, that you’re on the clock for, to answer the phone. Thats not very relaxing for you. They do an amazing job helping you relax.

Me & hubby likes to go here maiti and her stuff are very nice i have arthitis and she help me alot very nice lady i wish i could do more since we move already ohhh i love there body scrub too dont forgot to try it and not only they are nice they will take care good of you give lots of advice recommendations talk about life etc
