I live in Florida and there is no Woodhouse Close to me so I always booked when I come home to lexington. This team is amazing. The experience is what I miss tremendously. It is mindful rest and relaxation. I love the quietness of the rings and the service is 100% the best.! I highly recommend the mood soak meditation massage. It is my favorite and I have been to Spa’s all around the world and this one is great.!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The two services my husband and I each had were above average, however there were issues that I felt really deflated our experience and expectations of Woodhouse Spa in Lexington.. There was an hour gap between two appointments and no one came out to offer my husband another refreshment while he waited. I asked for another drink when I had my hour gap and was told clients normally only have one drink, but then the girl at the front desk brought us each one. There was no toilet paper in the women’s bathroom and few amenities whereas we are accustomed to other Woodhouse Spa locations having personal toiletries. On a final note, the trail mix offered as a snack was either stale or of a cheap quality.

Great experience—what’s not to like about this place? From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the most inviting, soothing aroma and a calm, welcoming atmosphere. We had an excellent couples massage and left feeling completely relaxed. We’ll definitely be scheduling again in the future.

I have given this place two tries, and both times I have been extremely disappointed. The first time I went, the massage therapist did not address the areas that I had asked. The manager brought me back for another massage. However, this is clearly not the place to go for a deep tissue massage. While the woman worked on my back this time, it was nothing more than a gentle rub. Edit: I was brought in for a complementary facial, which I quite enjoyed. It made a nice difference in my skin. This was a much better experience.
