I’ve been getting waxed here for a bit now, and honestly she’s one of the best. Super clean, super gentle, and she takes her time to make sure everything looks perfect. Booking is easy, she communicates well, and the whole experience is always comfortable. I recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable wax tech.

Knova dream spa is the best! From post op care, to waxing, Tyler is very knowledgeable. She always puts her clients first and creates a package that Tailors to your needs. I recently had cosmetic surgery and so thankful for Tyler being there every step of the way. I love visiting her for my monthly waxing to catch up, she really is the best<3

I am a massage therapist that was in town wanting to offer therapy to friends and family. Tyler's studio was the perfect place to rent for a couple of days! Location was great- Centrally located in downtown Livermore so it was easy for me and my clients to access. Professionalism on point- Tyler was welcoming, communicative, and responsive with all the questions I had related to studio rental and availability. The studio itself- clean and well kept. I will say, the ceiling of the shared wall is not completely closed. So if someone was in the spa space adjacent you would hear them. It was never an issue for me or any of my clients and did not happen the majority of the time I rented either, but might be important to note for other traveling therapists. I would highly recommend other traveling professionals to get in touch with Tyler if you are considering a spa rental space! I will for sure keep Knova dream spa in mind for the future whenever I am in town for business again.

My surgery was at the beginning of April, on the 6 hour flight home (a Sunday evening) I got ridiculously swollen due to the altitude. I text Ty and she coordinated getting me in the following day! She is very professional and knowledgeable. Her massages alleviated all the pressure and fluids I was retaining in my back. I have been working with her religiously and thanks to her expertise I have been healing very fast. This is my first surgery and she responds to texts/calls very promptly even during the weekends. I highly reccomended knovadream spa for any of your post op needs.
