East West Health Spa

This place is all false advertising. It claims to be a 24/7 spa with a day rate, night rate and an option for a private room to stay in over night. I arrived at 11pm on a Thursday and was told all the spa services, like the sauna, steam room etc are shut off for the night. Only showers available for overnight customers. Whoever works here should update their website so nobody else wastes their time coming here.

I have been here several times and can highly recommend this Spa. There are only a few 24 hour spas in Los Angeles this one is the most economical of all that I have visited. I'm surprised that more non Koreans do not take advantage of Spas like these. Only one maybe would be wispa but that one is always so crowded and it is almost double the price.

the front desk lady she is the rudest person I have met in life . she will makes you feel you not welcomed to this place based on how you look . As someone said in his review -unprofessional establishment. You’re in Los Angeles, you know. We’re a diverse city. You can’t just cater towards Koreans. Other type of people want to enjoy your spa too. You guys should read the reviews sometime to make your place even a bit batter.

Steam room Spa was too hot to enjoy as well as dry sauna was too hot to sit longer then 2-3 minutes. They offerd me a toothbrush that was placed directly on the counter where people sign for entry / payment but the worst is that They had communal bars of soap to wash your body (disgusting!!!!!) Stay far away from the spa... there are many others around the area that offer better quality service!

Every men are naked but I loved it because I am korean man. Upstair good for sleeping you get your little cubicle. I am 5 11 but I was able to sleep okay. But I could sleep anywhere. On the other hand, I can't recommend this one for any Americans because this spot may be awkward for first timer. I loved it

Great place there should be more places like this one. 24 hr access and the pricing is great for spa and or staying overnight lots of additional services available during regular business hours. I like late late night as it is not crowded.
