Wow! It was my first time at SaunaBar and I wasn't completely sure what to expect. Unfortunately like many, I suffer from tension and extreme stiffness which is caused by my own anxiety and stress. The tension sometimes takes a tole on my shoulders, neck and jaw that even prescribed medication cannot solve. After I let them know what my intentions were of my visit (relax, de-clench if you will), it was recommended that I try the vibration machine (20 min) followed by an infrared sauna session (40 min). After my sessions, my body become so relaxed (jello state) that it even had my sinuses draining! Great place to de-stress and I cannot recommend this enough. Thank you SaunaBar!

The red light therapy here is amazing for pain management. I love that, unlike a traditional sauna it heats the body but not the brain which is so helpful when recovering from injuries. Darcy is amazing and so accommodating. Enthusiastically recommend!

I am frequently at Brentwood Gardens and have walked by Sauna Bar or have seen their placards with dueling reactions: one of skepticism and one of wishfulness. I am now a client and my new reactions span from I can’t believe I waited so long to I will always be a client. I started with the Transformation program and was treated with thoughtful care and thoroughness. The entire team demonstrated to me they are completely invested in my program, my goals and my well being. The results have been phenomenal; I lost the weight I was told I would lose (following the program matters!!), I’ve begun a love-affair with taking care of myself and my emotional/spiritual sense of being has been jump-started (especially after COVID). I can only hope for those who are asking if SaunaBar is for them - Go! Try! Fall in love with yourself and be prepared to feel the best you’ve felt!

SaunaBar is a true wellness sanctuary in Brentwood! They have the best machines and their infrared sauna pods are incredibly relaxing and perfect if you’re not a fan of traditional saunas—your head stays out, so it’s much more comfortable. Joseph and Darcy are total pros and super knowledgeable. The space is clean, private, and peaceful. Highly recommend if you’re looking to reset and feel your best.

Sauna Bar in Brentwood is such a great establishment! It’s an amazing place to re-set for the day or the week…the appointments help get me on track for conscious eating…or to detox in the ‘pods’ and/or get a quiet compression massage for solitude. Joseph & Darcy are so gracious and it’s a soul boost on the occasions I get to see Howie, the wonder dog! Oh, and consider getting one of their packages…it helps me with scheduling. ✅

I had the most amazing experience at Sauna Bar in Brentwood. I tried the lymphatic compression massage which felt like getting a massage from four massage therapist. It felt like a deep tissue massage working on pressure points. I love the fact they can adjust the pressure and personalize the treatment. I can’t believe how my pants felt looser after just one treatment. The magnus sphere was so relaxing, and I fell asleep within minutes. I look forward to seeing how I will sleep tonight. I will be back to try their infrared sauna pod, which I have heard so much about. I highly recommend this place.

HIGHLY recommend! I’m particular about where I spend my money on spa and wellness services, and SaunaBar never disappoints. I can always count on the lymphatic massage and the infrared sauna to relieve my chronic inflammation— And, aside from treating chronic illness, I also get the added benefits of stress and bloat reduction. I always leave an appointment feeling lighter, both mentally and physically. And the staff can’t be beat! They’re both personable and professional, and they always put a smile on my face. Very grateful for SaunaBar!
