All I can say is that I indulged my self !! Thank you so much KEYLA, she was amazing. I haven’t gotten a facial in 4 years. Made me feel so heard and understood, I almost shed tears, left there so much better. I was able to get it in today last minute, after a long two weeks of being over worked the universe knew I needed this. I booked the acne facial and we talk about the pricing here. I have been to so many places but Anu is the only one who could fix my skin discoloration. In addition to having exceptional knowledge, she is always positive, happy and confident. I got treated with series of IPL, Lasers and chemical peels. And the place is impeccably clean and beautiful. After the results I have, I will highly recommend Anu for any skin treatment.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was disappointing enough that I feel it’s important to share. I purchased a laser package, and due to repeated issues with communication and professionalism, the experience fell far below expectations. From the beginning, the front desk staff were unwelcoming and unprofessional. During my first appointment, the laser treatment was significantly more painful than what I’ve experienced elsewhere, and when I expressed concern, it was brushed off rather than addressed. My next appointment was canceled last minute due to a family emergency, which I understood at the time. I was told I would be contacted to reschedule once the provider returned, but no one ever reached out. Since laser treatments are meant to be done on a monthly schedule, several months passed without any follow-up from the office, and I ultimately had to reach out myself to book another appointment. On the day of that appointment, I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early, which I did—only to be made to wait the full 15 minutes and additional time beyond that. Overall, the lack of communication, professionalism, and consideration for my time made the experience frustrating and disappointing.

My new favorite go to for all my skin needs! All the staff are super nice and friendly. They definitely know what they’re doing. Glad to be a customer here

I came here to get laser treatments done on my full face and lower body (as a guy). I've had them done before on a different machine but saw no results. -This- place however is AWESOME!! The Candela machine they have is so legit. You can buy a package or pay individually for targeted sessions depending on your budget. The treated areas have slowed down on growth after 1 session for me, got a couple more to go. Anu explained the process of laser hair removal pretty well and was great to chat with. She is a true professional in her craft, and the laser process felt effective with proper breaks in between. I'll be aiming to get more laser treatments done only here, ideally full body eventually.
