My Sweat Hut - Infrared Sauna Studio

I am not lying to you when I am obsessed with My Sweat Hut. I recommend this to all my friends and family. First and foremost, the customer service is elite. She knows exactly who you are if you go in multiple times a week and anticipates your needs. Prior to booking my first appointment, I had never used infrared saunas before. She walked me through it step by step, gave me some tips and I felt renewed. I now go weekly, sometimes multiple times a week depending on my busy schedule, especially after a long workout. If you haven’t visited, I 100% recommend you do. 🙂

My husband and I visited My Sweat Hut for a day date, and it was such a great experience! We used one of the large two-person saunas, and everything was spotless and smelled amazing throughout the space. The sauna itself was so nice and relaxing—it really gave us the chance to unplug and focus on wellness together. The owner was super personable and took the time to explain everything to us, which made us feel really welcome. Overall, it was such a refreshing and enjoyable visit. Highly recommend!!

I had my first appointment here today, and it was such a wonderful experience. The pricing is very fair—actually the most affordable I’ve come across in town. Beyond that, the service was outstanding. The owner was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions with care. The space was not only spotless but smelled amazing, creating such a relaxing atmosphere. I truly appreciated all the thoughtful details and personal touches. What a TREAT! My Sweat Hut is an amazing place to give yourself some care. From the moment my husband and I entered the super clean, peaceful, and lightly aromatic facility greeted by Tracey, the most darling and interesting business woman, our experience was special. Not only did I walk out feeling "lighter" in mobility my back arthritis pain was greatly minimized. I had the best sleep that night that I have experienced in months. I'll be back!

Wow, this place is amazing. The owner Tracey, is so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I can tell the saunas have helped my shoulder pain and muscle soreness. I've also just used the saunas to detox and sweat off a few pounds before a trip 🙂 I definitely recommend giving it a try, worth it!
