Spa La Posada

Had a wonderful facial and massage with Diana! The facial was lovely and she gave me tips on how to better care for my skin and the massage afterwards was super relaxing. I do not live local but will be sure to come back to see her when I am in town!

The staff was super nice and helpful. I explained it was the 1st time I was getting a facial and they made sure it was super relaxing. For sure im coming back.

I decided to come to this place because of their reviews thinking this would be a great place. I was highly mistaken. The Stylist was very friendly that is why I am giving them a two star rate but when it came to my hair cut I was not only unsatisfied but I was horrified after realizing that the layers where not cut evenly and the bangs they gave me were uneven. I figured maybe if I pulled my hair up it wouldn't be so bad but even then you could see the long strands of hair. I deliberated returning to get it fixed but frankly I don't even want them to touch my hair. It may have just been my luck but my experience was not to my standards.

I had a very disappointing experience at Spa La Posada. I came in for an eyebrow lamination, tint, and wax, and unfortunately, the service I received was far from professional. The technician left the chemical solution on my brows far too long, which resulted in over-processing. My eyebrows were left frizzy, wavy, and damaged — not at all the smooth, sleek result I was expecting. To make matters worse, there was no attention to detail during the tinting process. The technician didn’t shape my brows beforehand, so I left with two completely different shapes. I understand brows shouldn’t be identical, but mine didn’t even look like they belonged on the same face. As for the waxing, they use outdated honey wax instead of the newer hard wax that’s much gentler on the skin. This left my brow area unnecessarily irritated. I expected a much higher level of skill and care from a spa of this reputation. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Wonderful experience! The massages that my husband and I received were amazing. Ms. Carmen did a fantastic job. She did not rush, targeted areas of concern, and had a very relaxing environment. Ms. Monica is so sweet! She generously offered the massage chair which was also wonderful. She made sure that we were comfortable, happy, and relaxed. We will definitely be going back soon. Thank you ladies! ❤️
