Booked an appointment, due to an emergency pop up I had to cancel. I canceled with plenty of time. They told me since I booked online they would honor another appointment just call. I was in the process of moving to the area so kinda forgot about it. Went by to rebook and was told that I would get a call back from their office on a Thursday. Thursday came and went and still nothing. I left my contact information so they can contact me. Was excited about the package I had chosen and the other reviews seemed very good. Unfortunately they didn’t keep their word and now I have to fight it with my bank to get funds returned.

The ladies were so nice and helpful. I have fibromyalgia and MCTD and they made sure to be gentle and accommodate for my needs.

I absolutely love my experience at Therabeauti in McAllen. The service is top-notch, everyone is incredibly kind and genuinely care about their patients. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and taken care of. The facilities are super clean and beautifully maintained, which makes the whole experience even better. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, fast appointment times. I was coming back home to Montana, and wanted to looked refreshed and rested. I was blessed to get an appointment within three days. Had time to get my follow up appointment that Saturday morning before I came back home. Got some Botox and got a new Chin and a new Nose, no more "eagle" nose. I will be going back in December, when I go back as a "Winter Texan", love the service and love the RGV community.
