I had a wonderful experience at La Vida Medspa. The girls at the front were so sweet and welcoming and Rachelle the injectionist was as well. She was so knowledgeable with extensive training. She definitely has a talent and very good at what she does. Thank you all so much.
I want to begin with the ladies who applied my dysporrt were excellent. Wonderful interaction, placement was perfect. Results perfect The gal who did my Diamond glow facial was so kind, informative, and I left glowing. That being said, I will never go back with how the receptionist looked at me and treated me. Not one smile or kind word. She looked at me like I was garbage. I accidentally went a day early, my mistake, and as I stood there to enter it correctly in my calendar you'd think I ruined her day . I had recently canceled my monthly membership and the gal told me I still had $100 to use 30 days after the November withdrawal. That was the whole reason i booked so I did say it was upsetting I had booked . I still paid for it but as any person who manages their money I wanted to check my statement while I was there and she rudely hurried me as if I didn't deserve a minute of courtesy to simply check. Noone was in the lobby but me. I finally found a wonderful esthetician & I can't return. Please tell that woman noone deserves that and hopefully she realizes she is not above anyone. * ** update***Thank you Jordan for calling and apologizing. I was completely surprised and you were genuinely kind.
I've been going to La Vida for over two years and I love them. The front office staff is always friendly and greet with a smile. The nurses are amazing always giving different options and treatments that may work the best for what you are trying to achieve. Two thumbs up / five stars for La Vida.
I highly recommend La Vida Med Spa in Mesa. Rachelle does a fabulous job with Tox treatments and Shawna is amazing with RF Microneedling as well as wax treatments. As a member, the monthly specials are well worth the money. I appreciate their follow-up after procedures as well. The skin care products they sell are wonderful. I have asked Shawna for product suggestions and she only recommends things that she uses and can vouch for, she never pushes to sell products which I appreciate.
My VI Peel Journey ✨ I recently completed my first VI Peel, and I wanted to share my experience step by step: • Application: The peel itself was super quick and easy. I didn’t feel pain, just a mild burning/itching sensation (about a 3 out of 10) that subsided within seconds. The smell was noticeable but not harsh. • Day 1: My skin had a little redness, but nothing too dramatic. • Day 2: Redness increased with a tight feeling in my face. Not uncomfortable, but I did notice some soreness in my tongue and took ibuprofen for relief. • Day 3: Peeling began! My skin felt itchy, and I trimmed some of the flaking skin carefully. • Day 4–5: Peeling continued with more redness and dryness, especially at the corners of my mouth, which cracked and were painful. Aquaphor was a lifesaver for soothing and healing. • Day 6: Most of the peeling on my face had diminished, though my neck was still peeling. Aquaphor continued to help immensely. • Day 7: Only light peeling remained around the edges of my face and neck, with mild itching that was tolerable. Throughout the process, I followed the aftercare instructions exactly — using the recommended products, keeping up with sun protection, and avoiding direct sun exposure. Overall: I highly recommend the VI Peel. My skin feels refreshed, and I’m already planning to continue with future treatments. I also loved the skincare products that came with the peel and am considering switching my current routine to this line, especially with the dry winter months ahead. Finally, I have to give credit to my esthetician — she is absolutely the best! Her knowledge of skin and products is phenomenal, and I’m so grateful she recommended this peel. Thank you Shawna ❤️
I have been going here on and off for many years. I’ve seen several different people. They are all very professional and do a great job. I go to Dai recently and she is always very good about doing a full consultation, telling me the cost ahead of time, working within my budget, and giving me exactly what I want. I highly recommend this med spa.
I recently visited LaVida MedSpa to take advantage of their new client offer for Dysport. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I returned for a two-week after-care visit, and I had a little touch up, which makes all the difference. I joined their Membership offer as I will be coming back soon!
