Relax & Therapy Massage

I’m not one to typically write reviews in fact I’ve never written a review but I went today very skeptical due to a few bad reviews however when your sore you take risks. The risk was well rewarded I had a sweet lady who was thorough. I heard a lot of reviews talking about how they are very soft but I chose medium instead of hard and it was plenty for me ( mid age male 6,0ft 260 lbs) and you can always ask for them to be more rough or gentle. Very accommodating. They were quick to get me in and seen. I chose a hour massage and although the hour felt quick it had in fact been a hour. I even came at 8:50 pm slightly before closing and they were happy to assist me. They didn’t bug me for a tip like some reviews also mentioned. Though I made sure right before leaving I gave a gracious tip, and with that all said I have zero complaints and plan on coming back plenty in the future. Great customer service!

WOW! My massage therapist was a GODDESS. She did so good. I hope her pillow will always be cold. I hope she never has to sit at a red light ever again. I hope her coffee is always the perfect temp. She deserves it. She made me feel so comfortable, relaxed, and happy!

Can I just say that this is my most favorite place to go to every weekend. Self care is so important! This place is very consistent and they know exactly what they are doing. I will probably go here for the rest of my life. It's super clean. They uphold to their scheduled appointments.

My husband booked me a full body deep tissue massage here today. When I arrive I walked into a room was told to undressed and lay on table after being undressed and laying on the table A lady came in told me that someone will be with me in 10 minutes mind you my appointment was booked for 2 PM so I’m already irritated because she’s telling me someone will be with me later. OK cool a young lady come in just start rubbing on me didn’t speak say anything I can tell. She did not know what she was doing in the middle of her rubbing and massaging me someone else came in and then when the second person is massaging me a third person walk in they start talking in their language while I’m laying on a table mind you anyone know when you’re at a spa you’re naked we’re just a sheet over you make me feel totally uncomfortable, and the third person pulled my hair after I had my braids pulled up in a bun out the way she pulled my whole bun down. I’ll never come here again. You cannot relax. Take that name out of your title. This is a horrible place I tried to call to talk to the owner about this situation. The person that answered the phone hung up in my face. If you looking for a relaxing experience, please do not go here. You will not be satisfied.

I wanted to pay for a couples massage for my daughter and son in law and they charged me twice and I paid cash. It should've been 180.00 and I was charged 360.00 I asked if it was correct, that it stated 180.00 per couple and she said, no, that's per person. Im not happy at all

Don't bother making appointments here. They will take walkins, making themselves too busy to honor your previously booked appointment. Most of the time they will not give you the type of therapist you requested. If you're on a tight budget, its best to walkin only during off peak times like weekend evenings and holidays and make sure to come with low expectations. For $1 an hour, you get what you get in this economy.

Massage was good but they get a 1 star because at the end she made a face when we didn’t leave a big tip. We were planning to come back but we will not be returning!
