The best Cryo/sauna/massage etc in New Orleans. Always flexible with appointments and I leave feeling incredible every time I come. If you haven’t tried cryotherapy yet this is your sign! Also they have the cutest mascot named Gigi that makes coming here even better.

Nola Cryo has quickly become a part of my wellness routine. The staff could not be nicer and are so knowledgeable. I lift weights 3x a week and ever since I started doing cryo, my knees and shoulders have stopped giving me issues! Highly recommend! I also love their facials!

I’ve been going to NOLA Cryo for localized cryotherapy treatment of my shoulder. The ten minute sessions have greatly reduced the pain and inflammation I had been experiencing due to a rotator cuff strain. My shoulder strength and range of motion have improved as well. The spa is very quiet and relaxing. Milena is very friendly and knowledgeable. She did an excellent job at explaining the cryotherapy treatment process/equipment and made me feel comfortable about using it to address my shoulder issues. Highly recommend!!!

Nola Cryo has done wonders for my body! After my shoulder surgery I was scared that I would always be in pain. Then I found Nola Cryo. They made sure that I wasn't going through this pain alone. I went in every day for 6 months after my shoulder surgery. My shoulder has never felt better. After my shoulder was better I knew this was the place for me. Nola Cryo has changed my life for the better. I still go to Nola Cryo to this day. I recommend for anyone with pre or post surgery pain or just any pain at all to visit Nola Cryo.

Friendly very detailed service. They were very attentive about injuries and my needs. The cryo therapy is amazing. Would definitely recommend anyone with injuries to come visit and at least try it. I’m not a fan of being cold but it was well worth it.
