I come here often and it never disappoints. The staff is always friendly and professional. Today, I had the opportunity to have a massage with Caleaf and it was amazing! I felt relieved of so much tension and stress. I highly recommend. It helped to truly relax not only my muscular system, but also deeply my nervous system. Thank you so much! Such a wonderfully relaxing massage! Just what I needed while it was pouring rain. The manager, Manny, went above and beyond! I felt taken care of by him and my wonderful masseuse. The hot towels and perfect spa environment inside was perfection.

Madeleine gave an amazing massage — one of the best I’ve ever had. She was attentive, professional, and truly listened to what my body needed. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. The staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Highly recommend this location and especially Madeleine!

Marisol was my masseuse and it was absolutely blissful! We came from out of town and I will absolutely come back to this location. The customer service from start to finish was impeccable! Absolutely amazing!! Natasha was very helpful and accommodating, this is what excellent customer service is about!

The massage itself was excellent — Christina is truly skilled and professional. However, the front desk staff completely ruined the experience. They were extremely pushy and rude, constantly pressuring me to buy a membership and leave a bigger tip. Even though I had already added several add-ons and left a tip, they said it wasn’t enough. I came to relax, but all the calm and peace I felt after the massage disappeared because of their attitude. It’s a shame, because the massage therapist was amazing, but the front desk behavior made the overall experience very unpleasant.

My first day at massage envy .horrific experience . This male therapist , CHRISTIAN obviously does not like women and is super rude . He put me in the room and as soon as I put my phone and purse on the shelf he warned me rudely to remove my stuff from the shelves and hang them . Like an order!! . He did not ask me at all what I would like done or if I have any injuries etc and when I told him I have light vertigo I would like to lift my head with a towel a bit ,he got super upset puffing with his mouth and while I was trying to tell him that I wanted a light massage he told me rudely that I should get another therapist because he did not think we were compatible. As if we were on a date !!!! Not only did he ruin my whole mood and messed up my whole day with his negative energy . I had to sit an hour to wait for my mom to come out because we booked simultaneous massages. I cannot believe a massage therapy place can keep a person like this . We come here to relax not be rudely treated. He is obviously not a professional therapist and he is there for other reasons . He is just a simple person that is not happy with himself and definitely do not like women . I am very very upset . I would like to see him go … he does not deserve to touch human body with his bad energy .
